Meet Our Team

Debbie has been BCG's Head of Sloan Talent Acquisition since 2017. In 2021, Debbie assumed responsibility for Harvard Business School and Tuck in addition to Sloan. She was most recently an Associate Director in the MIT Sloan Career Development Office. Prior to her time at Sloan, Debbie was a career advisor at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Her previous work experience includes brand management at The Gillette Company, managing the Office for Women's Careers at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and being an admissions board member at Harvard Business School. Prior to attending The Wharton School for her MBA, Debbie was a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton's Media and Entertainment and Consumer Products practices. When she is not at work, Debbie can be found sailing with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and their Portuguese water dog.

Jami Dunn is a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the HBS, Sloan and Tuck team. She previously worked at the MIT Sloan Career Development Office, first as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to joining BCG, she worked as an Associate on the People Operations team at Foundation Medicine, supporting all things related to candidate experience. Jami holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UMass Amherst and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, and reading.

Elise McNamara is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BCG. She works in the Boston office and supports the recruiting process at HBS, Sloan and Tuck. Elise graduated from Westfield State University with a major in Business Management. Prior to BCG, she worked on the legal talent team at a real estate law firm. In her free time, she loves to take cycle classes, cook new recipes, and go to the beach.

Megan Tervo is a Consultant in the Boston office. She joined BCG in 2019 as a Summer Consultant and returned full-time in 2020 after completing her MBA at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. At BCG, she has most recently spent her time working on cases in the Consumer and Healthcare practices. Prior to BCG, Megan worked for PwC in the audit and assurance practice. She holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. In her free time, Megan enjoys getting outside and hiking as much as possible and is (slowly) working to hike all the 4,000-footers in New Hampshire.

Racquel is a senior specialist for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices focusing on offices in the Asia Pacific region. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Katie Purcell is the DigitalBCG Campus Talent Acquisition Lead for our North American offices and manages DigitalBCG’s MBA full-time and internship hiring. She sits in the Boston office. Prior to joining BCG in 2016, Katie worked in youth development through Americorps and local non-profits. She received her BA in Psychology from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and planning her next Disney trip.

Aisha joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2016 and returned as a full time Consultant in 2017 after earning an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. During her time at BCG, she has worked primarily in the Industrial Goods Practice Area, focusing on operations and large-scale transformation. In her spare time, Aisha is a self-proclaimed "foodie" who enjoys cooking/exploring the Chicago restaurant scene and loves spending time with her cat Ms. Barry Newman.

Nico is a member of the Consumer Goods practice, with a focus on Fashion & Luxury, and Marketing. Nicolas originally joined BCG's Bogota Office and transferred to New York after completing his MBA. During his MBA, Nicolas interned at YOOX Net-A-Porter Group in Milan and Cole Haan in New York. Nicolas earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. He holds a Master in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Business and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.

Rylan joined BCG in August 2017. He primarily works in Healthcare R&D, with a focus on biopharma clinical trials. He has extensive experience working with DV and Gamma. Prior to joining the firm, Rylan served as a US Navy officer with expertise in both anti-piracy and long-range missile planning. He is part of Veterans@BCG and serves on the leadership team as head of recruiting. Rylan holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University.
