Ed Crouch

Recruiting Partner and Managing Director

Ed is a Managing Director and Partner in the Atlanta office. He works primarily in the Consumer practice area, with a focus on travel and tourism. He has supported BCG's consumer clients across a range of topics, but his primary functional expertise is in Sales & Marketing, where he has helped with numerous distribution strategy efforts or other top-line initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG Ed received his JD / MBA at Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University. Outside of work he enjoys various outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, etc.) and is a big college football fan.

Angela Wang

Consultant, Recruiting Director

Angela Wang is a Consultant in the BCG Atlanta office. She joined as a Summer Associate in 2015 from Duke University, where she received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics. During her time at BCG, Angela has supported clients across a number of industries—including Industrial Goods, Public Sector, and Social Impact—and was a recent participant in BCG’s Global Social Impact Secondment program. During her spare time, Angela enjoys cooking, working out, and watching college basketball.

Nadia Ahmed

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Nadia Ahmed joined BCG in 2017 and sits in the Atlanta office. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Public Health. While at BCG, Nadia has spent her time recruiting Associate campus hires, managing Atlanta's summer internship, and spent time working abroad for our Dubai office. Her favorite parts about BCG are her brilliant peers, focus on people development, and dedication to increasing diversity in all roles. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local restaurants, traveling, and peloton.

Grace Peterson

School Specialist

Grace Peterson is an Associate who joined BCG Atlanta as an intern in the summer of 2018 and full time in 2019. She graduated from Duke with a BS in Economics and a minor in Creative Writing in May, 2019.

While at BCG, Grace has enjoyed spending most of her time working in the Marketing, Sales, and Pricing (MSP), Transformation, and Tech practices. Her favorite parts about BCG are the authenticity of the people and the consistent focus on growth, both for BCG clients and people.

Jeff Shiff

PRIDE@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Principal in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

BCG Summer Sessions

June, 2021 - July, 2021 Virtual BCG Summer Sessions is a series of virtual talks through which BCGers will share insider perspectives on what it’s like to be an Associate at BCG. You’ll learn about the impactful work we do, our transformative digital capabilities, and the many opportunities, support systems, programs, and tools we offer to help our Associates learn, grow, succeed—and have fun!—at BCG. We’ll also share tips on the recruiting process and give you a chance to ask the questions most on your mind about consulting and BCG. If you are an undergraduate student at a school located in the US or Canada in the class of 2022, class of 2023, or class of 2024, we hope you’ll join us this summer!

Application Process

Full Time Associate Application Deadline

Are you graduating between December 2021 and June 2022 and ready to be an Associate at BCG after graduation? Please apply here by Friday, July 16th, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.

You will be asked to provide:

  • A resume
  • Your top 3 office preferences (weighted to reflect your level of interest in each)
  • A cover letter (optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)
  • Cumulative GPA
  • Standardized test scores (ACT and/or SAT with subscore breakdowns)

Check back here in August for additional application opportunities.

If you apply to a US BCG office, you will receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take about 25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here.
