Ed Crouch

Recruiting Partner

Ed is a Partner in the Atlanta office. He works primarily in the Consumer practice area, with a focus on travel and tourism. He has supported BCG's consumer clients across a range of topics, but his primary functional expertise is in Sales & Marketing, where he has helped with numerous distribution strategy efforts or other top-line initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG Ed received his JD / MBA at Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University. Outside of work he enjoys various outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, etc.) and is a big college football fan.

Lauren Davis

Summer Recruiting Director

Lauren Davis is a Consultant in the BCG Atlanta office. She joined in 2010 as an Associate after graduating from Georgia Tech in Industrial Engineering. She spent two years in the Atlanta office and one year in the Perth, Australia office before starting at Harvard, where she received a joint MBA from Harvard Business School and MPP from Harvard Kennedy School in 2016.

During her time at BCG, Lauren has focused on large scale cost transformations and organization redesign projects. Lauren's favorite parts of working at BCG are both seeing the impact that BCG brings to clients as well as working with and learning from her impressive coworkers.

David Ash

Full-time Recruiting Director

David Ash is a Project Leader in the BCG Atlanta office. He joined in 2010 as an Associate after graduating from Emory University with a BBA in Finance and a second major in Mathematics / Economics. After three years at BCG, David went to Wharton where he received his MBA with honors in 2015.

In his time at BCG, David has focused on cases in retail and pricing. He helped redesign the pricing strategy for a large pharmacy chain, create a 10 year growth strategy for a large grocery chain, and redesign store operations for a large specialty retailer. At BCG, David has had the opportunity to make a significant impact for clients. He appreciates the incredible learning opportunities and fantastic, supportive colleagues. His interests include golf, board games, and pasta.

Erica Suesserman

Recruiting Associate

Erica is the Recruiting Associate for the Atlanta office managing all the incoming associate applications. She works with undergrads and masters candidates from Duke, Georgia Tech, Emory, and other local schools in Georgia. Prior to joining BCG, Erica worked with a medical communications company setting up large pharmaceutical events and presentations. She loves traveling, cooking, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She received her BA in Psychology from Kennesaw State University.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Application Process

BCG welcomes applications for the associate position from Emory University undergraduate and non-MBA masters students.

Applications for the full time associate position are due September 10, 2017 for candidates graduating in December 2017 through August 2018. Notifications will be sent out by Monday, September 18, 2017.

Applications for the 2018 summer associate internship are due October 15, 2017 for candidates graduating in December 2018 through August 2019. Notifications will be sent out by Friday, October 20, 2017.
