If you are a final year student of Bachelor's, Master's or Specialist program at leading Russian or international university or a young specialist with less than one year of full-time work experience, have a proven record of achievement, excellent analytical skills, and fluent in Russian and English, we cordially invite you to apply for a Junior Associate position with BCG Moscow.
Our selection process is rigorous. Firstly, you need to apply online and attach your CV, cover letter and transcripts. If you make it beyond the screening stage, you will be asked to pass our GMAT-like test.
Candidates successful at the test stage are invited to the written case. Written case will allow you to get a flavor of how consulting work at BCG feels like, for us it is an opportunity to get a better understanding of your professional skills. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to a first round that consists of two-three 45-minute face to face case based interviews. The final round will consist of two 45-minute face to face case based interviews with Partners and senior Principals of the Moscow office.
BCG Moscow offers two internship programs: winter (January – March) and summer (June – August).
Internship provides ten week employment opportunity where our interns work on real projects and are mentored by BCG consultants, getting the true feel of the BCG experience and the life of a consultant. Top performers can earn the opportunity for further employment as Junior Associate at BCG.
Eligibility for our summer internship program is based on one of the following circumstances:
- To be in your final year of a Bachelor degree, but have commitment/plan to earn Masters degree upon graduation
- To be in your penultimate year of a Specialist degree
- To be in your first year of a two-year full-time Masters degree
Eligibility for our winter internship program is based on one of the following circumstances:
- To be in your final year of a Bachelor degree
- To be in your penultimate or final year of a Specialist degree
- To be in your first year or final year of a two-year full-time Masters degree
Applications for our 2018 Winter Internship campaign are open from 18th of September 2017 and close on the 31st of October 2017.
Firstly, you need to apply online and attach your CV, cover letter, essay written in English and academic transcript. Successful applicants will pass through a CV review, and will be invited to GMAT-like test. If you make it beyond the testing session, you will be asked to pass our written case. Candidates successful at the written case are invited to the first round that consists of two 45-minute face to face case based interviews. The final round will consist of two 45-minute face to face case based interviews with senior Principals of the Moscow office.
