Ed Crouch

Recruiting Partner

Ed is a Partner in the Atlanta office. He works primarily in the Consumer practice area, with a focus on travel and tourism. He has supported BCG's consumer clients across a range of topics, but his primary functional expertise is in Sales & Marketing, where he has helped with numerous distribution strategy efforts or other top-line initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG Ed received his JD / MBA at Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University. Outside of work he enjoys various outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, etc.) and is a big college football fan.

Peter Dewey

ADC Recruiting Director

Peter Dewey is a Principal in the Atlanta office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2014 after participating in the Bridge to BCG program for advanced degree candidates. His work at BCG has focused around transforming data and digital marketing capabilities for clients across a wide range of industries including consumer goods, travel and tourism, and automotive. Peter received a BS from Johns Hopkins and a PhD from Princeton in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering for his research into the fluid dynamics of fish swimming. Peter is an avid runner and enjoys hiking through national parks around the world.

Caitlin Baker

Georgia Tech Alumna

Caitlin Baker is a Consultant in the Atlanta office currently serving as Consulting Team Ambassador in Munich for 2018. She participated in the Bridge to BCG program in 2014 and joined as a Consultant in 2016. She has worked in industries including consumer and industrial goods. During this time, she gained experience across functional practices such as retail loyalty strategy, big data driven demand and sales strategy, and IT strategy. Prior to BCG, Caitlin earned a PhD in physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with an emphasis in chemical and materials science engineering, and a BS in physics from Belmont University. Her interests include horseback riding, weightlifting, and rock climbing.

Gina Alesi

ADC Women's Recruiting Specialist

Gina is a Consultant in the Atlanta office. She joined BCG in 2016 after participating in the Bridge to BCG program for advanced degree candidates. Her work at BCG has focused on transformation initiatives in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining BCG, Gina received a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Cancer Biology from Emory University. Outside of work, Gina enjoys going on road trips and hanging out with family and friends.

Miles Fuller

ADC Ethnic Diversity Recruiting Specialist

Miles Fuller is a Consultant in the Atlanta office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2016. His work at BCG has focused around transforming and developing comprehensive strategies for Information Technology capabilities for clients in the Energy sector. Miles received a BS in Biology from Morehouse College and a PhD from Northwestern University in Biomedical Sciences for his research into the function of short chain fatty acid receptor in the pancreatic beta cell. Miles enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Amy McKnight  Fazen

Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting

Amy McKnight Fazen is the Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting at BCG. She joined the firm’s Boston office in August 2011. Prior to joining BCG, Amy was Vice President of Business Operations at XL Hybrids, a MIT start-up. She also worked in corporate finance at the TJX Companies and as a strategy consultant for both Altman Vilandrie & Co and Cambridge Strategic Management Group. Amy graduated from Colgate University and holds a S.M. from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography. Amy also received a MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a Forte Fellow and Co-President of the MIT Energy Club. In her spare time she enjoys biking and spending time with her husband and two daughters, Addie and Reid.

Marichal MacDonald

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Marichal MacDonald is the ADC Recruiting Coordinator for BCG’s North American offices. Prior to her current role, she managed ADC recruiting for the Northeast, as well as for MBA students at NYU Stern and Yale SOM. Marichal graduated from Dickinson College with a BA in Political Science. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, world travel, sailing and Seinfeld trivia.

Katie Purcell

NAMR ADC Recruiting Associate

Katie Purcell is the ADC Recruiting Associate for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team. Prior to her current role, she supported our MBA recruiting efforts at MIT Sloan. Katie graduated from Boston University and is an AmeriCorps alum. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring Boston, catching up on her Netflix shows, and curling up with a good book.
