Laura Russell

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Laura Russell is the North America Harvard Talent Acquisition Specialist in Boston's office. Prior to joining BCG in 2016, Laura worked for Teach for America in Denver, CO. Laura graduated with a BA in Public Policy from Hamilton College in 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and exploring new restaurants in Boston.

Steven Johnson

Harvard University School Specialist

Steven is an associate in the Boston office. He graduated from Harvard in 2018 with a concentration in Economics and secondary in Astrophysics. Steven spent summer 2017 as a Summer Associate in the Boston office and returned full time in September 2018. In his two years at BCG, he has spent his time primarily in the retail and industrial goods sectors. While at Harvard, Steven lived in Winthrop House and was a member of the Harvard College Consulting Group, in addition to being a member of Harvard Club Scuba. Outside of work, Steven enjoys flying planes, skiing, relaxing on the esplanade, and trying different Boston happy hours.

Erin Morehouse

Global Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's Global Recruiting Manager based in Pittsburgh, PA. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Racquel MacDonald

Global NA CT Recruiting Senior Specialist

Racquel is a senior specialist for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Liz Cournoyer

Global NA CT Recruiting Senior Specialist

Liz Cournoyer is a senior specialist for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Liz is located in the Boston office and graduated from Bryant University with a major in Applied Psychology and duel minors in Human Resources and Business Administration. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, and cheer on the Patriots.

Jeff Shiff

PRIDE@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Principal in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jenna Mackenzie

GAMMA Recruiting Specialist

Jenna Mackenzie, GAMMA Recruiting Specialist who helps manage all GAMMA campus recruiting across North America. Jenna joined BCG in 2018 and sits in the Boston office. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and has even instructed a session for an affiliation event.

BCG Summer Sessions

June, 2021 - July, 2021 Virtual BCG Summer Sessions is a series of virtual talks through which BCGers will share insider perspectives on what it’s like to be an Associate at BCG. You’ll learn about the impactful work we do, our transformative digital capabilities, and the many opportunities, support systems, programs, and tools we offer to help our Associates learn, grow, succeed—and have fun!—at BCG. We’ll also share tips on the recruiting process and give you a chance to ask the questions most on your mind about consulting and BCG. If you are an undergraduate student at a school located in the US or Canada in the class of 2022, class of 2023, or class of 2024, we hope you’ll join us this summer!

Application Process

Full Time Associate Application Deadline

Are you graduating between December 2021 and June 2022 and ready to be an Associate at BCG after graduation? Please apply here by Friday, July 16th, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.

You will be asked to provide:

  • A resume
  • Your top 3 office preferences (weighted to reflect your level of interest in each)
  • A cover letter (optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)
  • Cumulative GPA
  • Standardized test scores (ACT and/or SAT with subscore breakdowns)

Check back here in August for additional application opportunities.

If you apply to a US BCG office, you will receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take about 25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here.
