Roger Premo

Partner & Managing Director

Roger Premo, Partner & Managing Director, Boston, earned his MBA from MIT Sloan in 2006. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Prior to business school, he held leadership and technical roles in several online media and search technology companies. Earlier, he also worked in molecular biology research at Genentech. At BCG, Roger is focused on high-tech and telecom clients across strategy, go-to market and operations. His interests include squash, golf, snowboarding and spending time with his family.

Alex Teixeira

ADC Recruiting Director

Alex is currently ADC Recruiting Director for the Boston office. She joined BCG in 2015 after completing her PhD in Experimental Pathology at Yale University. Prior to graduate school, Alex received her BA in Chemistry from Boston University. At BCG, Alex has predominately focused on Healthcare, Biopharma and Private Equity projects and is also a member of BCGs Ethnic Diversity network. Her hobbies include yoga and cooking.

Honora Stelley

Recruiting Manager

Honora is the Recruiting Manager for the Boston office with responsibility for the Associate (Undergraduate) and Consultant (MBA & Advanced Degree)recruiting programs. Before joining BCG, Honora held a national Talent Acquisition Manager role with Deloitte's federal, financial advisory services and technology consulting service lines. She also worked as a Principal within the Human Resources division at WinterWyman. Honora holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts.

Jenna Denice

Recruiting Associate

Jenna is the Recruiting Associate for the Consultant program in the Boston office, working with both MBA and Advance Degree Candidates. She joined the office June of 2014 shortly after graduating from Boston College with a BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development. In her free time, Jenna enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Boston sports teams.

Michael Sherman

Ethnic Diversity Lead

Michael Sherman is a partner in our Dallas office focused primarily on serving tech and telecom clients. Michael received his MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Duke University. He has been involved in Diversity efforts over the years and has a tremendous passion for strengthening the affiliation and development of our diverse teams.  In addition, as a past recruiting director and long-time CDC adviser, Michael has deep understanding and commitment to our people processes. 

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Coordinator

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Coordinator, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Amy McKnight Fazen

Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting

Amy McKnight Fazen is the Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting at BCG. She joined the firm’s Boston office in August 2011. Prior to joining BCG, Amy was Vice President of Business Operations at XL Hybrids, a MIT start-up. She also worked in corporate finance at the TJX Companies and as a strategy consultant for both Altman Vilandrie & Co and Cambridge Strategic Management Group. Amy graduated from Colgate University and holds a S.M. from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography. Amy also received a MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a Forte Fellow and Co-President of the MIT Energy Club. In her spare time she enjoys biking and spending time with her husband and two daughters, Addie and Reid.

Megan Panzer

NAMR ADC Recruiting Associate

Megan is the Recruiting Associate for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team, working primarily with MD and JD candidates. Prior to her current role, Megan worked in the BCG Boston Office supporting both MBA and ADC Consultant recruiting.  Megan graduated from Bates College with a BA in Psychology. She is currently based in San Francisco and enjoys taking advantage of everything California has to offer!

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.

Marichal MacDonald

NE ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Marichal MacDonald is the ADC Recruiting Coordinator for BCG’s Northeast Offices (Boston, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC). Prior to her current role, she managed ADC recruiting for the New York office and headed all campus efforts at Columbia, Princeton, UPenn, Yale and the Tri-Institute, as well as for MBA students at NYU Stern and Yale SOM. Marichal graduated from Dickinson College with a BA in Political Science. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, world travel, sailing and Seinfeld trivia.
