Amit Bansal

Recruiting Partner

Amit Bansal, Partner and Managing Director, Boston, joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2007 after receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School. His case experience at BCG has included working with clients in the consumer/retail, financial services, and industrial goods industries. Prior to BCG, Amit worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and Deloitte in financial advisory. He holds a BA in economics and accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. Amit is also a Certified Public Accountant. His interests include film, travel, and astronomy.

Tom Schnitzer

Full-Time Recruiting Director

Tom Schnitzer, Principal, Boston, joined BCG in September 2010 as an Associate. After two years at BCG, he spent 18 months working on an education startup and returned as a Consultant in 2014. He has worked in consumer goods, retail, health care, and finance across the organization, strategy, and operations functional areas. He is also interested in industrial goods and geoanalytics. Tom graduated from Yale with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies.

Griff Stark-Ennis

Recruiting Associate

Griff is a Recruiting Associate in BCG's Boston office. Griff graduated from Boston College in 2014 with a BA in Communication. After graduating, Griff worked for Condé Nast and then Bain & Company. Griff joined BCG in April of 2016. In his free time, Griff enjoys traveling and exploring new places, athletics, entertainment and spending time with friends and family.

Anna Kilpatrick

Summer Recruiting Director

Anna Kilpatrick, Consultant, Boston, joined BCG London in September 2013 as an Associate after interning at BCG Paris in 2012. She transferred to our Boston office in 2016. At BCG, she has focused primarily on Retail, Consumer Goods & Social Impact, and is particularly interested in sustainable food systems. Before joining BCG, she worked as a fundraiser for UK venture philanthropy fund Impetus. She graduated from Sciences-Po in Paris with a B.A. in Economics and Politics and an M.A. in International Relations. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and watercolor, reading African literature and hiking.

Dakota Santana-Grace

Harvard University School Specialist

Dakota Santana-Grace is an Associate in our Boston Office. He earned his A.B. in Government from Harvard College in 2016. Dakota spent the Summer of 2015 as a Summer Associate in the Boston Office and returned full-time in September of 2016. Since joining BCG, Dakota has worked on operations, strategy, and pricing projects across our Industrial Goods & Pharmaceuticals practice areas. Dakota's favorite BCG moment to date is travelling to Paris for the first time as part of a project. While at Harvard, Dakota lived in Mather House and was a PAF, co-chair of the College Events Board, and mentor for Crimson Summer Academy. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys running along the Charles River and listening to good podcasts.

Sarah Shinn

Recruiting Coordinator

Sarah is the Associate Recruiting Coordinator in our Boston Office and oversees our Undergraduate recruiting process. Sarah earned her BS in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University. Prior to joining BCG in May of 2017, Sarah spent four years at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute focused on the hiring efforts for their Development office. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family & friends.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Summer Application Deadline

The application deadline for the Summer Associate position is October 4th, 2017 at 11:59 PM.

The Summer Intern First-Round Interviews (Invitation Only) will be hosted at Harvard OCS on October 18th, 2017.
