Amit Bansal

Recruiting Partner

Amit Bansal, Partner and Managing Director, Boston, joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2007 after receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School. His case experience at BCG has included working with clients in the consumer/retail, financial services, and industrial goods industries. Prior to BCG, Amit worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and Deloitte in financial advisory. He holds a BA in economics and accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. Amit is also a Certified Public Accountant. His interests include film, travel, and astronomy.

Rachael Stein

Harvard University School Specialist

Rachael is an Associate in our Boston Office. She graduated from Harvard College in 2017 with a concentration in Sociology and a secondary in LGBT Studies. Rachael spent Summer 2016 as a Summer Associate in the Boston Office and returned full time in July 2017. While at BCG, Rachael’s casework has focused on the intersection of retail and technology, with projects including digital marketing, operations, and profitability improvement. While at Harvard, Rachael lived in Eliot House and was the social chair of the Varsity Women’s Rugby team, a business director for Model UN, and a digital marketing intern for several technology startups. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys rock climbing and hanging out with her dog.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
