Nina Morton

Head of HBS Recruiting

Nina Morton is the Head of HBS Recruiting at BCG. Prior to her work at HBS, Nina was a Project Leader in BCG’s Boston office and a consultant in BCG’s San Francisco office. Nina has worked in a variety of practice areas, including Healthcare (Payor/Provider and Pharma), Social Impact, Financial Services, Energy, and TMT. Nina joined BCG after receiving her MBA at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arbuckle Leadership Fellow and Arjay Miller Scholar. Prior to joining BCG, Nina taught high-school chemistry at an independent, college-preparatory Quaker school in Pennsylvania. She served a variety of roles at the school in addition to classroom teacher, including Dean of the Ninth Grade and Girls' Cross-Country Coach. She earned her undergraduate degrees in English and chemistry from Haverford College. In her spare time, Nina enjoys running along the Charles, baking breads and cakes, and seeing live theatre.

Isaac Long

Global Specialist

Isaac Long is the HBS Recruiting Specialist at BCG and a Project Leader in the Boston office. Isaac was a summer consultant from HBS in 2015 and joined full-time after getting his MBA. Since rejoining BCG, Isaac has worked primarily in the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice area on buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, as well as strategic projects for portfolio companies. He also has experience on a growth strategy for a large US-based retailer and various industrial goods projects. Prior to HBS, Isaac was a Naval Aviator, flying F/A-18s and F-16s for the US Navy. He was stationed aboard the USS Harry S. Truman in Virginia and at the Naval Fighter Weapons School (a.k.a. TOPGUN) in Fallon, NV. He earned his undergraduate degree in Communications from North Dakota State University. In his free time, Isaac enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, and entertaining his three children.

Lucy Jones

Recruiting Assistant

Lucy Jones is a Recruiting Assistant at BCG. She works in the Boston Office and facilitates the recruiting process at HBS. Before joining BCG, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Spanish major and minors in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies and Public Policy. Lucy has also studied in Spain, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Portugal, and Brazil. In her free time, she loves to SoulCycle, shop at Zara, and listen to all things Taylor Swift.

Aisha Satrio

Recruiting Assistant

Aisha Satrio joined the HBS Recruiting team at BCG as a Recruiting Assistant after she graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Prior to coming to BCG, she has held positions at a wide variety of offices. She interned within the Transactional Services department at PwC, the Account Management department at Leo Burnett and the Media department at Instyle Magazine. In her spare time, Aisha enjoys following Tastemade recipes, playing tennis and experiencing new places.

Larry Shulman

Recruiting Partner

Larry Shulman is a senior partner and managing director and is responsible for global recruiting at HBS. Larry has extensive experience in the management of diversified global businesses focusing on both corporate and business unit strategies. His areas of consulting expertise include strategy, diversity, and industrial goods, among others. Larry joined BCG in 1979 after graduating from HBS as a Baker Scholar. Over the years, he has served as head of BCG's Chicago, Dallas and Monterrey, Mexico offices, head of BCG's strategy practice, and head of BCG's operations in Australia and Latin America. Larry is the author of Competing on Capabilities: The New Rules of Corporate Strategy, Management Lessons of Premium Conglomerates, and The End of the Public Company - As We Know It. Larry holds a BA in Political Science and English from Brown University. He has also completed graduate work in communications at the Annenberg School of the University of Pennsylvania. Among Larry's hobbies are naval history, cinema (Larry frequently hosts film screenings for BCG) and amateur forestry (he and his wife have property and woods in rural Michigan).

Kate Protextor

HBS Recruiting Partner Women’s Lead

Kate Protextor is a Partner in BCG's Chicago office. She is a member of the Consumer practice area and a Marketing and Sales practice lead for the Great Lakes offices. Kate is also part of the core team for the Demand Centric Growth topic. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at William Blair & Company, an investment banking firm. She also worked as a financial analyst at Smith Barney. Kate earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and received a AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Jeff Shiff

Pride@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Project Leader in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Felicia Pappas

HBS Ethnic Diversity Specialist

Felicia Pappas is an HBS Ethnic Diversity Specialist and a Project Leader in the Boston office. Felicia first joined BCG as an Associate in the Philadelphia office in 2011. At BCG, Felicia primarily focuses on consumer and retail work across a range of functions, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and operations. Beyond her project work, Felicia finds that her close relationships with team members, BCG mentors, and clients have been the most rewarding aspect of this role. Felicia has a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Humbulani Dombo

HBS Ethnic Diversity Specialist

Humbulani Dombo is an HBS Ethnic Diversity Specialist and a Project Leader in the Washington DC office. Humbulani joined BCG in 2016 after earning her MBA from HBS and has worked primarily in the Energy and Social Impact practice areas. Prior to joining BCG, Humbulani worked for Anglo American (a global diversified mining company) in roles spanning government relations, regulatory affairs, business improvement, and strategy across multiple commodities within Anglo American’s portfolio. Humbulani holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Science with distinction in Information Systems and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, both from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. In her spare time, Humbulani enjoys salsa dancing, traveling, and crossing restaurants off her list of places to try.

Nicolas Llinas

Pride@BCG Specialist

Nicolas Llinas is the HBS Pride@BCG Specialist and a Consultant in the New York office. He originally joined BCG in 2013 at the Bogotá office and later transferred to New York after his HBS MBA. Outside of BCG, he has completed several internships in the luxury goods industry. Nicolas holds a Master in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Business and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.

Alex Tuininga

HBS Veterans Specialist

Alex Tuininga is an HBS Veterans Specialist and a Consultant in the Chicago office. Alex is a 2018 graduate of Harvard Business School and led the Manbassadors program during his EC year. Prior to HBS, Alex spent 10 years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy, where he completed two carrier deployments aboard the USS John C. Stennis, one deployment with Joint Special Operations Task Force – The Philippines, and shore assignments at the Pentagon and Defense Intelligence Agency. Alex earned his undergraduate degree in History from UC Berkeley and holds a master’s in Middle East Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School. In his free time, Alex enjoys long walks with his old dog, exploring Chicago’s food scene, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Andrew Lowry

HBS Veterans Specialist

Andrew Lowry is an HBS Veterans Specialist and a Consultant in the Boston office. At BCG, Andrew has worked in a variety of industries, including Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Goods, Retail (B2B) and Travel and Transportation.  Prior to BCG, Andrew worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, & Co. in the Technology, Media and Telecom group and was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Andrew majored in Commerce at the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
