Meet Our Team

Adam Gordon is the Recruiting Partner for BCG in Canada, and a Managing Director & Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He originally joined the firm in 2005 as an Associate after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Queen’s University. Adam’s consulting practice is focused on Travel & Tourism, specifically serving airlines on a range of strategy, commercial and operational topics. He also has significant experience working with industrial goods and private equity companies. Adam has served clients in Canada, the U.S., Europe and South America. He also spent two years at Qantas Airways in Australia as part of BCG’s Secondment program. Prior to joining BCG, Adam held positions at A.T Kearney as a Business Analyst and at Shaw Pittman in their Government Relations department. Outside of work, Adam’s interests include photography, scuba diving and travelling.

Adam is a Senior Associate in BCG's Montreal office. He joined The Boston Consulting Group in March 2021.

Prior to joining BCG, Adam was part of the Global Strategy team at CDPQ, the 2nd largest pension fund in Canada. Adam advised investment teams on strategy and execution, and led special projects for the Executive Committee and the Board. He also spent two summers working in the Private Equity and Equity Markets groups at CDPQ.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal, graduating with great distinction. At HEC, Adam was actively involved in the student investment fund (FPHEC) and represented HEC at multiple case competitions

He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Arabic (Moroccan dialect)

Priscille Arbour is a Principal in BCG's Montreal office. After completing her graduate studies in Engineering at Polytechnique Montreal, Priscille joined BCG as an Associate in 2013. She completed her MBA in 2016 at INSEAD in Singapore and France campus and completed a secondment at Rio Tinto as a Principal Advisor for their Aluminium division. She is a member of the Women@BCG network and is leading the Social agenda in Montreal. Since joining, Priscille has primarily worked in Consumer and Industrial Goods practices on Large Transformation Programs and Operations projects.

William is a Consultant in BCG's Montreal office. He joined Boston Consulting Group as a Summer Associate in 2017.

Since joining BCG, William has worked primarily in the Retail, Industrial Goods and Global Advantage PAs on a range of different topics (strategy, net revenue management, demand forecasting and localization, KPIs and dashboards, corporate development, operations excellence & post-merger integrations).

As part of the BCG secondment program, William is currently working at BRP, a leading Recreational Product Manufacturer, in their Corporate Strategy & Development team.

William holds a BBA in Corporate Finance (Bilingual, Honors) from HEC Montreal. At HEC, William was the fund manager of the student investment fund (FPHEC) and played for the University of Montreal golf team. He also studied at the Alliance Manchester Business School in England and represented HEC at multiple international case competitions in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

He is fluent in French and English.

Olivia is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at the BCG Montreal office. She obtained her B.Com from Concordia University. In her current role, she manages the recruitment portfolio for Associates and Consultants for the Montreal office. Prior to BCG, she worked in multiple roles within HR. Over the past few years, her focus was in campus recruitment. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her puppy.
