Alexey Matlin

School Captain

Alexey, Associate, joined BCG Moscow as Visiting Associate in 2016 and since then strongly focused on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications projects. Alexey holds Master degree in Business Informatics from Higher School of Economics and Bachelor degree in Information Technology from Far Eastern Federal University. Prior to joining BCG, Alexey worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG.

Alexey is keen on snowboarding, swimming and American sports leagues.

Ilya Ivaninskiy

School Captain

Ilya Ivaninskiy is a Project Leader with BCG Moscow office. He joined the company in August 2010. Prior to BCG Ilya worked in digital production studio Auditoria as business development director. As side activities Ilya was working in the Corporate Finance Center in Higher School of Economics and in State Duma of Russian Federation. Ilya graduated with MBA degree from Wharton school, MS degree in Corporate Finance from Higher school of Economics and BS degree in Mathematical modeling in Economy from Novosibirsk State University.

Artem Zhorin

School Captain

Artem, Associate, joined BCG Moscow office in 2013 and is a core member of automotive and consumer goods practice areas. His experience includes cases on supply chain operational efficiency, development of customer value proposition, sales & marketing processes improvement, development of large-scale governmental program, due diligence. Artem graduated with MSc degree in Finance and Economics (Research) from London School of Economics and BSc degree from ICEF, Higher School of Economics. During his free time Artem is keen on theatre, railways and travelling.

Irina Patrikeeva

Recruiting Coordinator

Irina Patrikeeva is the Recruiting Coordinator at BCG Moscow office and is managing recruiting programs for junior positions. Before joining BCG Moscow Recruiting Team in November 2016, Irina worked as a Deputy Director of the Career Center at St. Petersburg State University, Graduate School of Management. Irina holds a degree in Public Relations from the St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after Prof. Bonch-Bruevitch and a Master degree in International Business from the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (Carinthia, Austria).

Irina loves event management, classical and modern theatre, classical literature.

Ekaterina Kabachnikova

Recruiting Assistant

Ekaterina joined BCG in early 2015 and is currently the Recruiting Assistant with Moscow Recruiting Team. Ekaterina supports the coordination of the recruiting process, leads case support database and is actively involved in event management. Ekaterina holds a degree in Management from State University of Management. In her spare time Ekaterina enjoys travelling.

Full-time Positions

We provide a unique opportunity to talented young professionals with up to one year of work experience to join BCG directly after graduation.

If you are a final year student of Bachelor's, Master's or Specialist program at leading Russian or international university or a young specialist with less than one year of full-time work experience, have a proven record of achievement, excellent analytical skills, and fluent in Russian and English, we cordially invite you to apply for a Junior Associate position with BCG Moscow.

Our selection process is rigorous. Firstly, you need to apply online and attach your CV, cover letter and transcripts. If you make it beyond the screening stage, you will be asked to pass our GMAT-like test.

Candidates successful at the test stage are invited to the written case. Written case will allow you to get a flavor of how consulting work at BCG feels like, for us it is an opportunity to get a better understanding of your professional skills. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to a first round that consists of two-three 45-minute face to face case based interviews. The final round will consist of two 45-minute face to face case based interviews with Partners and senior Principals of the Moscow office.

Internship Positions

BCG Moscow offers two internship programs: winter (January – March) and summer (June – August).

Internship provides ten week employment opportunity where our interns work on real projects and are mentored by BCG consultants, getting the true feel of the BCG experience and the life of a consultant. Top performers can earn the opportunity for further employment as Junior Associate at BCG.

Eligibility for our summer internship program is based on one of the following circumstances:

  • To be in your final year of a Bachelor degree, but have commitment/plan to earn Masters degree upon graduation
  • To be in your penultimate year of a Specialist degree
  • To be in your first year of a two-year full-time Masters degree

Eligibility for our winter internship program is based on one of the following circumstances:

  • To be in your final year of a Bachelor degree
  • To be in your penultimate or final year of a Specialist degree
  • To be in your first year or final year of a two-year full-time Masters degree

Applications for our 2018 Winter Internship campaign are open from 18th of September 2017 and close on the 31st of October 2017.
