Daniel Gorlin

JD Partner & Managing Director

Daniel is a Partner in the Chicago Office. he joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2007 after earning his JD from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining BCG Daniel worked at Argus Partners and also at Pfizer. Daniel holds a BA in political science and a MPA in advanced management techniques from Columbia University.

Buzz Maslov

ADC Recruiting Director

Buzz joined The Boston Consulting Group in August 2013. He is currently a Principal in the Washington, D.C. office. His case work has focused on Procurement and Organizational Design across a wide range of industries including CPG and Retail, Financial Institutions, and Pharma. Before joining BCG, Buzz worked as an antitrust attorney. Buzz earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. He holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Katie Purcell

NAMR ADC Recruiting Associate

Katie Purcell is the ADC Recruiting Associate for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team. Prior to her current role, she supported our MBA recruiting efforts at MIT Sloan. Katie graduated from Boston University and is an AmeriCorps alum. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring Boston, catching up on her Netflix shows, and curling up with a good book.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Amy McKnight  Fazen

Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting

Amy McKnight Fazen is the Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting at BCG. She joined the firm’s Boston office in August 2011. Prior to joining BCG, Amy was Vice President of Business Operations at XL Hybrids, a MIT start-up. She also worked in corporate finance at the TJX Companies and as a strategy consultant for both Altman Vilandrie & Co and Cambridge Strategic Management Group. Amy graduated from Colgate University and holds a S.M. from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography. Amy also received a MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a Forte Fellow and Co-President of the MIT Energy Club. In her spare time she enjoys biking and spending time with her husband and two daughters, Addie and Reid.

Marichal MacDonald

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Marichal MacDonald is the ADC Recruiting Coordinator for BCG’s North American offices. Prior to her current role, she managed ADC recruiting for the Northeast, as well as for MBA students at NYU Stern and Yale SOM. Marichal graduated from Dickinson College with a BA in Political Science. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, world travel, sailing and Seinfeld trivia.
