The BCG Women’s Fellowship is granted each year to exceptional women entering top European MBA programs. The winners receive an honorarium and mentoring and runners up receive mentoring.

MBA 2020 - SOUTH AFRICA WOMEN'S FELLOW 2019

Shalom is a BCG Women’s Fellow of our African offices. Shalom graduated from INSEAD Fontainebleau campus, where she pursued an MBA. She is a Nigerian-Ghanaian who grew up in Accra, Lagos and Abidjan. She speaks four languages: English, French, Twi and Yoruba and is learning Spanish. She is a chartered marketer with a double bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana and the Arctic University of Norway. For the last four years, she has worked in various roles in innovation, growth strategy and product development in tech and telecommunication in West Africa, becoming the youngest head of a commercial vertical in the industry and spear-heading the launch of over 20 products. Shalom is passionate about exploring the use of technology innovation as a tool to solve income inequality.
