BCG Women Fellowship

The BCG Women’s Fellowship is granted each year to exceptional women entering IESE, INSEAD and London Business School by BCG’s Africa, Middle East and South America offices. The winners receive an honorarium and mentoring and runners up receive mentoring.

Shalom Akinboboye

MBA 2020 - Africa Women's Fellow

Shalom is a BCG Women’s Fellow of our African offices. Shalom currently attends INSEAD Fontainebleau campus, where she is pursuing an MBA. She is a Nigerian-Ghanaian who grew up in Accra, Lagos and Abidjan. She speaks four languages: English, French, Twi and Yoruba and is learning Spanish. She is a chartered marketer with a double bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana and the Arctic University of Norway. For the last four years, she has worked in various roles in innovation, growth strategy and product development in tech and telecommunication in West Africa, becoming the youngest head of a commercial vertical in the industry and spear-heading the launch of over 20 products. Shalom is passionate about exploring the use of technology innovation as a tool to solve income inequality.

Sanya Goyal

MBA 2020 - Middle East Women's Fellow

Sanya is a BCG Women’s Fellow of our Middle East office. Sanya is pursuing her MBA at INSEAD. Sanya was born and raised in the bustling city of New Delhi, India. She completed her undergraduate degree in Economics at The University of Chicago and upon graduating, worked at JP Morgan as a financial analyst. She transitioned to an education technology start up based in Berlin. She then moved back to New Delhi where she launched two brands: BakeNx, which manufactures cake mixes and Fitness Standards, which provides nutritional supplements to end consumers.

MBA 2020 - Middle East Women's Fellow

Jie is a BCG Women’s Fellow of our Middle East offices. She is currently an MBA at INSEAD. She grew up in China and went to University of Virginia for her master’s degree after completing undergraduate studies at Shanghai International Studies University. She started her career with BDO USA in its assurance practice in New York. Prior to INSEAD, she was in financial advisory with PwC based in Dubai, covering projects mostly in financial services, telecoms and public sector in the MENA region. She is passionate about solving client problems with her project team and working closely with the management.
