Recruiting Team

Carlos is a Partner in BCG´s Santiago Office. He joined in the Santiago office like Project Leader in October of 2011. Carlos earned his Bachelor Degree in Forestal Engineering and a Master in Economic Theory from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and earned his Master in Business Administration from INSEAD in 2007. At BCG, Carlos is a core member of TA and FIPA practices and it´s the leader of the IT Sourcing and Negotiation practices in the region. Before joining BCG, Carlos worked for more than 10 years in Consulting, focused on strategic negotiation and operations. Also, he worked like Director of Operations in the Grupo Santander for Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia.

Guillermo is a Principal in BCG's Buenos Aires Office. He joined as a full-time Consultant in September of 2016 after being with us for a summer internship in Santiago de Chile office in 2015. Guillermo earned his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from ITBA and his Master in Business Administration from Columbia Business School. At BCG, Guillermo has participated in strategy and digital transformation projects for the financial services industry, and several projects in mining and industrial goods in the region. Before joining BCG, Guillermo worked for Next Partners and Ternium Siderar.

Daniela is the HR Recruiting Coordinator in BCG‘s Buenos Aires Office. She is involved in the local Associates‘ recruiting process, which includes developing strategic relationships with universities, doing case competitions, organizing events aimed at spreading the word about consulting and BCG in particular, and planning and executing the associates recruiting process itself. She is also supports all Women recruiting initiatives for Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima and Bogotá.

Daniela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Argentina. Before joining BCG she worked in CRM, payroll, relocation and benefits administration in companies such as Procter&Gamble, Cargill and ExxonMobil, and besides Argentina, she also lived in Chile and the US.

Magdalena is an Associate in BCG's Buenos Aires Office since March of 2019. She is an Industrial Engineer from Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires. While still an undergraduate she was the Head of the Finance Club at her university. Before joining BCG, Magdalena did a two year internship in Global Supply Business Development in MSD. Magdalena is involved in recruitment of Associates in Buenos Aires.

Lucia is a Consultant in BCG's Buenos Aires Office. She joined in March of 2018, and ever since has supported clients in Financial Institutions and Oil & Gas industries, mostly in projects related to strategy. Lucia holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires and pursued an exchange program at Politecnico di Milano. Before joining BCG, Lucia worked in Procter & Gamble for one year as a Marketing Intern.
