Glenn Newman

Talent Acquisition Manager

Glenn is an HR, Talent, and D&I professional with 6+ years of Campus Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent Management experience. In his current role at BCG, Glenn manages all undergraduate, MBA, and advanced degree (PhD, JD, MD) recruiting which also includes overseeing recruitment of experienced hires who are interested in an Associate or Consultant-level role. Specifically, he owns the development of the overall recruiting strategy for the Atlanta office and Atlanta owned core schools, the implementation of this strategy, and the management of day-to-day operations of the Atlanta recruiting team.

Glenn is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. In 2012, he received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with an Accounting concentration and a double major in Economics.

Pallavi Kansal

Talent Acquisition Director

Pallavi is a Principal & Recruiting Director in the Atlanta office. She joined BCG as an associate after graduating from Duke University in 2008 & rejoined the firm in 2011 after an MBA from Harvard Business School. Pallavi works primarily with Travel, Transport & Logistics clients but has experience across a broad range of industries including Consumer and Technology, Media, & Telecom.

Outside of BCG, Pallavi has spent time Investment Banking with Goldman Sachs as well as with Apple in their Operations Group. When not on the job, she enjoys traveling and hiking.

Allison Carter

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Allison is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Atlanta office managing all the incoming MBA applications. She works with MBA candidates from Goizueta and Kenan-Flagler. Prior to joining BCG, Allison worked for a technology company owning Atlanta recruiting efforts. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing soccer, and exercising. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Ed Crouch

Recruiting Partner

Ed is a Partner in the Atlanta office. He works primarily in the Consumer practice area, with a focus on travel and tourism. He has supported BCG's consumer clients across a range of topics, but his primary functional expertise is in Sales & Marketing, where he has helped with numerous distribution strategy efforts or other top-line initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG Ed received his JD / MBA at Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University. Outside of work he enjoys various outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, etc.) and is a big college football fan.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Partner and Managing Director

Edwardo Sackey is a Partner in the Atlanta office. He is a core member of the Technology Advantage practice serving clients in High Tech, Utility, Energy and Public Sectors.
