Recruiting Team

Erica Suesserman

Recruiting Associate

Erica is the Recruiting Associate for the Atlanta office managing all the incoming MBA applications. She works with MBA candidates from Fuqua, Georgia Tech, Goizueta, and Kenan-Flagler. Prior to joining BCG, Erica worked with a medical communications company setting up large pharmaceutical events and presentations. She loves traveling, cooking, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She received her BA in Psychology from Kennesaw State University.

Ed Crouch

Recruiting Partner

Ed is a Partner in the Atlanta office. He works primarily in the Consumer practice area, with a focus on travel and tourism. He has supported BCG's consumer clients across a range of topics, but his primary functional expertise is in Sales & Marketing, where he has helped with numerous distribution strategy efforts or other top-line initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG Ed received his JD / MBA at Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University. Outside of work he enjoys various outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, etc.) and is a big college football fan.

Alex Brakebill

Recruiting Director

Alex is a Principal and Recruiting Director in the Atlanta office, having interned as a summer consultant in 2012 and coming back full time in the fall of 2013. He works primarily in marketing, sales, and pricing having supported a range of BCG's clients across retail, travel and tourism, and industrial goods. He has worked most recently across a number of B2B pricing cases.

An Atlanta native, prior to joining BCG Alex worked as an english teacher in Japan, for a non-profit in NYC, and managed an analytics group for a local natural gas marketer in Atlanta. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his Bachelors of Science in Finance and Information Systems from New York University. When not on the job, he enjoys hiking, playing golf, and cooking.

Glenn Newman

Recruiting Manager

Glenn is the Recruiting Manager for the BCG Atlanta office. In this role, Glenn leads the Atlanta office recruiting team, driving recruiting efforts for Associates, Consultants, Project Leaders and Principals for the Atlanta office. Specifically, he owns the development of the overall recruiting strategy for the Atlanta office and Atlanta owned core schools, the implementation of this strategy, and the management of day-to-day operations of the Atlanta recruiting team.

Glenn has also held Campus/Diversity Campus recruiting and People Programs roles at Travelport, Accenture, Visa, Google (contract) and began his career as a Communication & Change Management Analyst at Towers Watson.

Glenn is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. In 2012, he received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with an Accounting concentration and a double major in Economics.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
