BCG Women Fellowship

The BCG Women’s Fellowship is granted each year to exceptional women entering IESE, INSEAD and London Business School by BCG’s Africa, Middle East and South America offices. The winners receive an honorarium and mentoring and runners up receive mentoring.

Fedile Kekana

MBA 2021 - Africa Women's Fellow

Fedile is a BCG Women’s Fellow for our African office. Fedile is South African and is a first year MBA student at London Business School (LBS). She completed her undergraduate degree and post graduate diploma at the University of Cape Town.

Prior to LBS, Fedile worked in Investment Banking at South Africa’s leading investment bank, Rand Merchant Bank. Fedile won the 2018 Most Valued Player award for her excellent contribution to investment banking. She served as president of a team that provided young women at universities with insight into the world of financial services and the tools to propel their careers. Their goal was to increase the number of women working in financial services in South Africa. Prior to that, she worked in New York with PwC and EY, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Since joining LBS, she has been selected to form part of the School’s Student Association as the Sponsorship Junior Officer.

I worked to provide young women at university with insights into the world of Financial services, to give them the inspiration and tools to propel their careers.
