Sandro Marzo, Partner & Managing Director
Recruiting Partner
Sandro is with BCG since 2005. Before joining our office in Bogotá, he worked in our German and U.S. BCG offices, as well as at the IFC/World Bank. He holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development from Harvard and a M.SC. in Business and Finance from the European Business School, Germany.
Magali Leclere
Bogota Recruiting Manager
Magali is the Bogota Recruiting Manager for BCG. She joined BCG's Bogota office in February 2014, after working three years in our Paris office recruiting team. She holds a master degree in Business Administration and International Human Ressources Management from ESC Rennes.
Lorena Gonzalez
Recruiting Senior Coordinator
Lorena is our Recruiting Specialist. She has been in BCG Bogotá since August 2013 and holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Design from the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.

Successful applicants will be invited to the first step of our recruitment process, after passing through a CV review.
The first round consists of a computer based online case. At the second round, you will have three 45-minutes face to face case based interviews and final round will consist of two 45-minutes face to face case based interviews with Partners and senior Principals of the Bogota office.
