Mark Watters

Recruiting Partner

Mark Watters joined BCG in 2001 and is a partner in the Sydney and Canberra offices.  He is passionate about recruiting across Australia and New Zealand to meet the needs of the growing business. Mark is a member of the Public Sector and Technology Advantage practices.  His focus is on driving large scale organisational change and understanding the intersection between technology and government business strategy.  Mark has an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. 

Mark's interests include spending quality time with his family and following Australian sport (cricket, rugby and politics!)


Karen Allardice

Asia-Pacific Client Team Director

Karen is a Principal and MBS Recruiting Lead and joined the Melbourne office in 2011. Prior to joining BCG, Karen worked as a legal consultant with DLA Piper in Dubai and Melbourne, specialising in major projects. Karen has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, where she was the Rupert Murdoch Fellow, with an exchange term at London Business School. She also holds honours degrees in Law and Mechanical Engineering from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. One of her career highlights at BCG has been travelling to Beijing for a senior client meeting and doing a whirlwind tour of the Great Wall and Forbidden City.
