Shane Proch-Wilson

Recruiting Director Class of 2018

Shane Proch-Wilson, Project Leader, Dallas joined BCG as an intern in 2012, and returned full time in 2013. He graduated from the Emory University with a BS in Environmental Studies and earned an MBA in finance from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. At The Boston Consulting Group, he has consulted to corporate clients in the travel & tourism, retail, healthcare, insurance industries as well as in the social impact space. He is also part of the leadership team of the BCG LGBT Network. He enjoys spending time with his husband and dog, traveling, playing soccer, and cooking/eating great food.

Jon Roberts

Recruiting Director Class of 2019

Jon Roberts, Project Leader, Dallas, joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He works primarily in the Consumer Practice with experience in CPG, retail, and restaurants. Jon earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA from Harvard University. Prior to business school, Jon worked in sales and marketing for the Advisory Board Company. He enjoys golf, skiing, reading, and ridiculously unrealistic action movies.

Keith Melker

Recruiting Partner

Keith Melker, Partner and Managing Director, Dallas, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He has deep interest in Consumer thinking and behavior and is primarily focused on the Consumer and Retail industries. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he served as Co-President of the HBS Student Association. He earned a BBA with Special Distinction from The University of Oklahoma with majors in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to attending graduate school, Keith worked for Reliant Energy in Houston in their wholesale business. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, traveling, playing and watching sports, and being outdoors.

Caleigh joined The Boston Consulting Group after she graduated from The University of Texas (hook 'em!) in 2016. She received her BS in Communication Studies and earned the Business Foundations Certificate. In her free time, Caleigh enjoys spending time with her friends and family, doing yoga, and exploring Dallas.

Evan Kramer

Consultant

Evan Kramer, Consultant, Dallas, joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2017 after interning during the summer of 2016.  Before getting his MBA at the McCombs School of Business (UT), he worked as a change management consultant for Accenture and prior to that as a business manager for a franchised entrepreneurship development company.  Evan earned a bachelor’s degree in music from the Berklee College of music and continues to develop his skills a guitarist.  He also enjoys wakeboarding and cooking his own BBQ.

Samantha Toth

Consultant

Samantha Toth, Consultant, joined the Dallas office in 2017 (Summer Intern 2016). She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Economics and International Security Studies and earned her MBA at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to business school Samantha worked at a small firm specializing in data analytics and marketing insights in the B2B space. She enjoys traveling, reading, and running with her dog Perla.

JT Jacobs

Consultant

JT Jacobs, Consultant, Houston, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2016, after working as a summer intern in the same office in 2015. He graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Social Sciences and earned his MBA at The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to BCG, JT worked for Newport Global Advisors, an investment firm focused on private equity and high-yield debt. He has also worked for Adidas and United Healthcare. His hobbies include CrossFit, golf, spending time with my fiancée and their dog.

Julie Cook

Recruiting Lead

Julie joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2014. Prior to joining the BCG recruiting team, Julie worked in professional services recruiting and at the executive office of her sorority, Tri Delta. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from The University of Iowa and a master's degree in higher education administration from Western Illinois University. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, home improvement projects, and being outside.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
