Jason Vickers

Principal, Montréal Recruiting Director

Jason is a Principal and Recruiting Director in BCG’s Montréal office. He first joined the firm's Toronto office as a Summer Consultant in 2011, and returned full-time in 2012. He primarily works with clients in the media, telecommunications, and consumer goods sectors. His project work has been focused on corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A, value creation programs, as well as various organizational topics. Prior to BCG, Jason worked at another consulting firm. Jason earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with Distinction. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, where he graduated with First Class Honours, and was a member of the Varsity Golf Team. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, golfing, skiing, and following the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Kerim Baccari

McGill Lead

Kerim joined the BCG Montréal office in 2014 as a Summer Associate and returned full-time in 2015. At the firm, Kerim's case experience includes developing a digital marketing strategy for a shopping mall operator, implementing cost reduction initiatives for retail and industrial goods clients, and developing a shareholder value strategy for an aerospace manufacturer. Kerim has also performed several due diligence assignments for private equity firms, advising clients on acquisitions in the financial services, medical technology, and aviation industries. Prior to joining BCG, Kerim completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance (Joint Honours) at McGill University. In his free time, Kerim is an avid motorcyclist and soccer enthusiast.

Laetitia Ndondo

Recruiting Associate

Laetitia supports the recruiting efforts for Advance Degree Candidates and INSEAD, as well as Montréal schools at both the Associate and Consultant level. Prior to working for BCG, Laetitia worked for McCarthy Tetrault in Bilingual Talent Acquisition. Laetitia built and managed relationships with internal stakeholders, and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities, as well as to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner. She has also worked for Centennial College and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, travelling throughout Ontario, representing the institutions at college fairs and campus events. Laetitia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Human Rights Law and was the recipient of the Student Leadership Award. When not at work, Laetitia tutors French to elementary and high school students, she also enjoys travelling, the arts and sampling various cuisines.

Lawrence Kuo

Recruiting Partner

Lawrence is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm as an Associate in 1999 after working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at a startup in the Silicon Valley. Since joining BCG, Lawrence has developed strategies to enhance growth, drive operational efficiency and restructure organizations. He has also managed client relationships across telecom, media, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. In 2007, Lawrence left BCG and joined Rogers Communications. Lawrence first joined the strategy group at Rogers as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning. In this role, he worked to develop and implement key strategic initiatives across the Wireless, Cable and Media companies. Lawrence subsequently held the position of Vice President, Video Product Management where he was responsible for delivering $1.9B in video revenue. After spending almost 6 years with Rogers, Lawrence returned to BCG as a Principal in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, a Master of Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University. When not at work, Lawrence enjoys running, skiing, playing piano and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
