Adam Gordon

Recruiting Partner

Adam Gordon is the Recruiting Partner for BCG in Canada, and a Managing Director & Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He originally joined the firm in 2005 as an Associate after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Queen’s University. Adam’s consulting practice is focused on Travel & Tourism, specifically serving airlines on a range of strategy, commercial and operational topics. He also has significant experience working with industrial goods and private equity companies. Adam has served clients in Canada, the U.S., Europe and South America. He also spent two years at Qantas Airways in Australia as part of BCG’s Secondment program. Prior to joining BCG, Adam held positions at A.T Kearney as a Business Analyst and at Shaw Pittman in their Government Relations department. Outside of work, Adam’s interests include photography, scuba diving and travelling.

Amir Fawzy

Associate, Toronto, McGill Alumni

Amir Fawzy joined BCG's Toronto office as an associate in January 2020.

Prior to working for BCG, Amir completed internships at two consulting firms. The first was at a boutique firm in Montreal, where he spent the summer advising a pension fund on the implications of disruptive technologies for institutional investors. The second was at Accenture in Toronto, where he worked on a digitalization project in the public sector.

Amir graduated on the Dean's List from McGill University's faculty of Management with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2019. During his time at McGill, Amir was selected by his professors to work as a teaching assistant and grader for 3 different classes (case analysis & presentations, venture capital & entrepreneurship, and managerial economics) and successfully represented the university at several domestic and international case competitions.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Amir participated in BCG’s fellowship program, volunteering for an NGO which aims to facilitate market-oriented reforms in Egypt.


Priscille Arbour

Montréal Recruiting Director

Priscille Arbour is a Principal in BCG's Montreal office. After completing her graduate studies in Engineering at Polytechnique Montreal, Priscille joined BCG as an Associate in 2013. She completed her MBA in 2016 at INSEAD in Singapore and France campus and completed a secondment at Rio Tinto as a Principal Advisor for their Aluminium division. She is a member of the Women@BCG network and is leading the Social agenda in Montreal. Since joining, Priscille has primarily worked in Consumer and Industrial Goods practices on Large Transformation Programs and Operations projects.


Noah Petkau


Noah Petkau is a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Montreal. His work as part of the consulting staff has focused on transformation strategy, PMO, and data analytics within consumer goods manufacturing. He worked on a 3-year transformation strategy for a leading Quebecois consumer staples manufacturer, driving procurement category strategy development, followed by standing up the project management office of this full-scale transformation. He later owned development of pricing analytics dashboards. Originally from Montreal, Noah graduated from McGill University with Honours in Investment Analysis.


Olivia Diec

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Olivia is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at the BCG Montreal office. She obtained her B.Com from Concordia University. In her current role, she manages the recruitment portfolio for Associates and Consultants for the Montreal office. Prior to BCG, she worked in multiple roles within HR. Over the past few years, her focus was in campus recruitment. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her puppy.
