Amit Bansal

Recruiting Partner

Amit Bansal, Partner and Managing Director, Boston, joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2007 after receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School. His case experience at BCG has included working with clients in the consumer/retail, financial services, and industrial goods industries. Prior to BCG, Amit worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and Deloitte in financial advisory. He holds a BA in economics and accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. Amit is also a Certified Public Accountant. His interests include film, travel, and astronomy.

Keith Caldwell

Full-time Recruiting Director

Keith Caldwell, Project Leader, Boston, earned his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He received his undergraduate degree in Public and Private Sector Organizations from Brown University. Keith joined The Boston Consulting Group full time in 2015 after spending his summer at BCG in 2013. Prior to BCG, he was an entrepreneur in the sports and travel industries. At BCG, he has worked in financial services. In his free time, Keith enjoys playing soccer, reading and traveling.

Venkat Mendu

Summer Recruiting Director

Venkat Mendu, Consultant, Boston, joined the Boston office in 2012 as an Associate before leaving in 2015 for business school. He returned in 2017, and has case experience in retail, healthcare, professional services and tech.

In addition to casework, Venkat worked in the sports industry during 2016, completing an internship at the National Basketball Association in their Team Marketing and Business Operations group (TMBO). Venkat holds an MBA from Wharton, with a major in Finance, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude.

Kelly Koltun

Recruiting Associate

Kelly is the Recruiting Associate for the Associate Program in BCG's Boston office. Prior to joining BCG, she was an Event Coordinator & PR Consultant for Benchmark Strategies. Kelly holds a BS in Communication with a minor in political science from Boston University. In her free time, Kelly enjoys practicing yoga, visiting her family in Poland, and cheering on the Boston Bruins.

Emily Keeley

MIT Specialist

Emily Keeley, Associate, Boston, joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2016 and returned full-time in September 2017. Emily graduated from MIT with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering (Course 20) and a minor in Applied International Studies. Since joining BCG, Emily has worked on cases in pharma, education, private equity and tech. Outside of work, Emily enjoys swimming, baking and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Full Time Application Process - GAMMA

We are also accepting full time applications for GAMMA at this time. To learn more about GAMMA consulting work, please visit the GAMMA application site. In order to qualify for a GAMMA position, you must have Master’s degree in a field linked to computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or related data centric field; Minimum requirement ability to code in Python.

The first round of applications for full-time GAMMA opportunities are due September 14th, 2018 at 11:59 PM. We will be accepting additional full time GAMMA applications later this year.
