Amit Bansal

Recruiting Partner

Amit Bansal, Partner and Managing Director, Boston, joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2007 after receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School. His case experience at BCG has included working with clients in the consumer/retail, financial services, and industrial goods industries. Prior to BCG, Amit worked at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and Deloitte in financial advisory. He holds a BA in economics and accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. Amit is also a Certified Public Accountant. His interests include film, travel, and astronomy.

Tom Schnitzer

Full-Time Recruiting Director

Tom Schnitzer, Principal, Boston, joined BCG in September 2010 as an Associate. After two years at BCG, he spent 18 months working on an education startup and returned as a Consultant in 2014. He has worked in consumer goods, retail, health care, and finance across the organization, strategy, and operations functional areas. He is also interested in industrial goods and geoanalytics. Tom graduated from Yale with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies.

Kelly Koltun

Recruiting Assistant

Kelly is the Recruiting Assistant for the Associate Program in BCG's Boston office. Prior to joining BCG, she was an Event Coordinator & PR Consultant for Benchmark Strategies. Kelly holds a BS in Communication with a minor in political science from Boston University. In her free time, Kelly enjoys practicing yoga, visiting her family in Poland, and cheering on the Boston Bruins.

Honora Stelley

Recruiting Manager

Honora is the Recruiting Manager for the Boston office with responsibility for the Associate (Undergraduate) and Consultant (MBA & Advanced Degree)recruiting programs. Before joining BCG, Honora held a national Talent Acquisition Manager role with Deloitte's federal, financial advisory services and technology consulting service lines. She also worked as a Principal within the Human Resources division at WinterWyman. Honora holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
