Cecilia Baudino

HR Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Manager

Cecilia is the HR Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Manager at BCG Milan office, coordinating also all the Employer Branding activities of BCG Italy, Greece, Turkey and Israel. Before joining BCG Milan Employer Branding Team in 2016, Cecilia worked as Group Recruiting Manager in Prada for 10 years, ensuring the correct flow of the hiring process. Cecilia holds a Degree in Sociology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. She is passionate about Japan and she loves to explore new countries and cultures.

Application Process

BCG provides unique opportunities to fresh graduates and young professionals with outstanding academic records, excellent analytical skills, fluent both in Italian and English.

If you are interested in starting a career in BCG, we highly encourage you to send your candidacy about three month prior to your expected graduation date.

For full-time internship applications, BCG Milan seeks students attending their last year of Bachelor's or in their first year of Master's. Candidacies can be received and processed any time of the year.
