Andrés Anavi

Recruiting Partner

Andrés is a core member of the Consumer, the Financial Institutions, and the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at The Boston Consulting Group. He joined BCG in 2002. His client work is focused on strategic, organizational, and operational issues across industries including financial services, travel and tourism, transportation, mining, and retail. More recently, Andrés has focused on supporting large organizations on their digital-transformation programs. Prior to joining BCG, Andrés was a sales and distribution associate with Citigroup Argentina.

Agustín Costa

Consultant Recruiting Director

Agustín joined BCG in March 2005 as an associate for the Buenos Aires office. Since joining BCG, he has participated in several projects for Latin American and global clients, with a focus on strategy, corporate development, and operations in industrial goods. Agustín transferred to the Santiago office in 2013 to focus on mining and other industrial goods clients in Chile. Agustín is also experienced in telecommunications. Prior to joining BCG, he worked for renowned international firms such as Ternium (TX), Du Pont (DD), and British Telecommunications (BT).

Adriana Moran

Recruiting Coordinator

Adriana is an HR Specialist at BCG's Buenos Aires office and also the Recruiting Coordinator for the Buenos Aires, Lima and Santiago offices. She originally joined the Toronto office in 2014 as a Recruiting Assistant supporting international recruiting efforts for the Associate and Consultant, as well as the Advanced Degree Candidates program. In July of 2016 she was promoted to Recruiting Associate supporting Consultant Hiring for all Canadian offices.

Prior to working for BCG, Adriana completed a summer internship at The Investors Group where she assisted the recruitment process to staff a new office. She also obtained international experience during a three-month internship in Venezuela in a consumer goods organization. Adriana holds an Honours Bachelor in Human Resource Management degree from York University graduating with the distinction of Dean’s Honour Roll.

Adriana is a foodie, fashionista, loves to travel and practice yoga.

Catalina Pérez

Associate Recruiting Coordinator

Catalina is a human resources coordinator at BCG in Santiago. She joined BCG in 2003 as a receptionist. In 2013, she earned her degree in personnel administration and labor relations at UNegocios (U. de Chile), Santiago, and she was promoted to HR coordinator. Since then, Catalina has managed the associate recruiting process and is the office coordinator for the Santiago office. She pursued another degree in coaching and organizational development at UNegocios (U. de Chile) in 2015.

The deadline for undergraduate 2016 students to submit full-time applications is August 4, 2016 (19.00 hrs.).

Students are encouraged to apply for full-time positions during our winter term recruiting process.

Please apply via our online application. You will be asked to provide/complete:

  • A cover letter
  • CV (Résumé)
  • Your top three office preferences and the justification for your choice(s)
  • Online application

Once we receive your application, it will be forwarded to all relevant local screening teams. You can expect to receive a decision from BCG via e-mail by August 8, 2016.
