John Slaven

Recruiting Partner

John Slaven is a Partner in the New Jersey Office of the Boston Consulting Group. John holds a BSc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. John is a topic expert in Metals and Mining, having spent a combined 14 years in senior executive positions with BHP Billiton and Alcoa Inc, prior to rejoining BCG in October 2015. John had worked with BCG from 1992 through 2001, where his last role was as Partner in the Washington DC office. During his tenure, John led multiple client/consulting teams in a range of projects, including strategy development, measurement and management of value, portfolio management, corporate processes, mergers and acquisitions, etc., across several industries, including metals and mining, construction materials, chemicals, airlines and diversified manufacturing.

Prior to his initial period with BCG, John with De Beers, spent two years in the South African Navy. In his free time, John enjoys hiking, cycling and kite-boarding.

Christina Simeone

Recruiting Associate

Christina joined the New Jersey office in 2017 as a Recruiting Associate. She handles ADC recruiting for the New Jersey Office. Prior to her new role at BCG, she held positions in operations and recruiting at Charles River Associates and C1 Consulting. Christina graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BA in Arts Management. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Chris Armstrong

ADC Specialist

Chris Armstrong, Project Leader, joined BCG in 2011. Since joining, he has focused on operations and lean manufacturing in pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. Prior to joining BCG, Chris held the role of Head of Fleet Operations for Streetcar (since merged with Zipcar), where he was responsible for running their vehicle modification factory, repair hubs, and fleet control center. During his time at Streetcar, he led several high-impact efficiency initiatives focused on planning and scheduling, resource deployment optimization and process improvement and redesign. Chris has a PhD in Zoology and a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Amy McKnight Fazen

Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting

Amy McKnight Fazen is the Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting at BCG. She joined the firm’s Boston office in August 2011. Prior to joining BCG, Amy was Vice President of Business Operations at XL Hybrids, a MIT start-up. She also worked in corporate finance at the TJX Companies and as a strategy consultant for both Altman Vilandrie & Co and Cambridge Strategic Management Group. Amy graduated from Colgate University and holds a S.M. from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography. Amy also received a MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a Forte Fellow and Co-President of the MIT Energy Club. In her spare time she enjoys biking and spending time with her husband and two daughters, Addie and Reid.

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.

Megan Panzer

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Megan is the Recruiting Coordinator for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team, working primarily with MD and JD candidates. Prior to her current role, Megan worked in the BCG Boston Office supporting both MBA and ADC Consultant recruiting. Megan graduated from Bates College with a BA in Psychology. She is currently based in San Francisco and enjoys taking advantage of everything California has to offer!
