Dan Bodley

Principal, Associate Recruiting Director

Dan is the current Associate Recruiting Director for the Toronto Office and an active member of BCG's consumer practice area. During his time at BCG he has worked in five countries, including a one year in the Tokyo office. His focus has been in new business development, growth strategy, and the impact of digital technologies on the consumer industry. Prior to BCG, Dan was active in the e-commerce space, completing an internship with e-commerce Retailer Rakuten. Dan received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker’s Scholar. He also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemical Engineering from Queen’s University. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, live theater, basketball and working on his Japanese language skills.

Dipesh Mistry

Associate, Queen's Commerce Captain

Dipesh Mistry joined BCG’s Toronto office as an Associate in September 2015 after completing a summer internship in 2014. He has spent time across a broad base of industries in both Canada and the US, including Consumer / Retail, Private Equity, and Sports Management. Dipesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, and has spent time studying abroad at HEC Paris. Prior to joining BCG, Dipesh held a position at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and also served as a policy analyst to a senior cabinet minister in the federal government. He enjoys listening to hip-hop and going to the gym – as well as keeping up with the Raptors.

Kenneth Dick

Associate, Queen's Engineering Captain

Kenneth Dick joined The Boston Consulting Group's Toronto office as an Associate in September 2016. Since joining BCG, Kenneth has been working in Industrial goods and the travel and tourism spaces. Prior to joining, Kenneth worked at two Engineering consulting firms doing design and project management work, including a stint with Associated Engineering in Yellowknife. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University graduating with a Dean's Scholar distinction. In his free time, Kenneth enjoys playing all team sports, reading and travelling.

Carmen Rendall

Recruiting Coordinator

Carmen recently joined BCG in 2016 as a Recruiting Coordinator, and looks after Associate hiring from our core local campuses. Prior to working for BCG, Carmen worked in the legal industry and was most recently responsible for the management and coordination of campus recruiting and student programming at McMillan LLP. She graduated with Honours from the Law Clerk program at Humber College and began her career specializing in litigation and general corporate/commercial law as a law clerk. In her spare time, Carmen enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time at the cottage.

Helen Quirke

Principal, Toronto Consultant Recruiting Director

Helen Quirke is a Principal and the Consultant Recruiting Director in the Toronto office. She joined BCG in February 2013 as a Consultant in the Perth, Australia office. While at BCG Helen has worked mostly in industrial goods and energy (mining, postal operations, hydroelectricity and oil trading) with deep expertise in large capital projects. She has also led high profile strategic reviews in broadband infrastructure in Australia and social housing in New Zealand. Prior to joining BCG in 2013, Helen worked for the Government of New Zealand managing investment into high performance sport, specifically Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Prior to that, she worked as a lawyer representing New Zealand’s professional rugby players, including the All Blacks. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Laws degree from Victoria University of Wellington, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from Auckland University and an MBA from the University of Cambridge. Outside of work, Helen enjoys the outdoors, all sports and attending live events.

Jette Tam

Recruiting Associate

Jette is a Recruiting Associate at BCG. Since joining BCG, Jette has looked after Associate hiring across Canada, and currently manages MBA and Experienced hiring. Prior to joining BCG, Jette was a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Michael Page International, recruiting for a variety of different clients and roles in consumer goods, retail, industrial, and professional services across Canada. Jette holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Employment Relations and English in 2009, and a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations in 2010 from the University of Toronto. In her spare time, Jette loves to travel, discover new restaurants, and watching films.

Lawrence Kuo

Recruiting Partner

Lawrence Kuo is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm as an Associate in 1999 after working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at a startup in the Silicon Valley. Since joining BCG, Lawrence has developed strategies to enhance growth, drive operational efficiency and restructure organizations. He has also managed client relationships across telecom, media, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. In 2007, Lawrence left BCG and joined Rogers Communications. Lawrence first joined the strategy group at Rogers as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning. In this role, he worked to develop and implement key strategic initiatives across the Wireless, Cable and Media companies. Lawrence subsequently held the position of Vice President, Video Product Management where he was responsible for delivering $1.9B in video revenue. After spending almost 6 years with Rogers, Lawrence returned to BCG as a Principal in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, a Master of Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University. When not at work, Lawrence enjoys running, skiing, playing piano and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
