Tim Marx

Recruiting Partner

Tim Marx is a Partner and Managing Director in our Houston office.Tim started as an Associate in our Monterrey, Mexico office in 2001 where he spent his entire career before transferring to Houston in January 2015. At BCG, Tim has participated across many industries (Health Care, Industrial Goods, Consumer Goods) as well as geographies, having lived and worked in London, Madrid and Santiago on multi-month staffing engagements. More recently, Tim led the Health Care Practice Area in Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM before transferring to Houston, where he is focused on continuing to serve pharmaceutical and provider (hospital) clients. Tim has a B.S in International Finance from Penn State University and is a Stanford MBA.

Outside of BCG, Tim and his wife, Alicia, spend most of their time with their three (beautiful!) preschool aged daughters.

Campbell Craig

Recruiting Director

Camp, Houston Project Leader, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2013. He holds a BS in chemical engineering and received his MBA from The University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining BCG, Camp was a process engineer and light products optimizer at a Koch Industries owned oil refinery. At BCG, Camp has done work in the power and utility and unconventional oil and gas spaces and is a core member of the energy practice group. Outside of the office, Camp enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, playing golf and poker, and cooking.

Blakeley Cozby

Recruiting Lead

Prior to joining BCG, she was the Recruiting Coordinator at Thompson & Knight LLP and received her Business Marketing degree from the University of Arkansas. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, pilates and going to the movies.

Emily Lassetter

Recruiting Assistant

Emily joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. She attended The University of Mississippi and received a Bachelor of Arts in English. Prior to joining BCG, she taught English in Madrid, Spain and later worked as a Legal Assistant at a law firm in the Houston area. In her free time, Emily enjoys being creative, live music, vinyasa yoga and traveling.

Courtney Hesse

School Specialist

Courtney joined BCG as an Associate in 2016. She graduated from Rice University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and was at Martel College. Prior to joining BCG, she interned at Chevron and Northrop Grumman in mechanical engineering types of roles. During her undergrad, Courtney was involved in Martel College Government, the Society of Women Engineers, and Rice Club Tennis.

Colin Shaw

School Specialist

Colin joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2015 and returned full-time in fall 2016. He graduated from Rice University with a BA in Statistics and  a Certificate in Engineering Leadership. Prior to joining BCG, Colin worked at Accenture as a Summer Strategy Analyst and at Rice as an Engineering Design Intern. While at Rice, Colin served in his residential college as College President, and as Vice-Chair of University Court.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Applications for 2018 summer internship Associate positions are due September 24, 2017 at 11:59 PM CST. Candidates eligible for an internship position intend to graduate between December 2018 and August 2019.
