Mary Clare McFadden

Ross Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mary Clare is the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Mary Clare graduated from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she studied Communication. Prior to joining BCG, Mary Clare worked at Oak Street Health as an Outreach Associate. Mary Clare loves to attend concerts, plan outings for her friends and spend time with her nephews and niece.

Dan Schaefer

Global Specialist for Class of 2020

Dan Schaefer joined BCG in 2016 as a Consultant in the Detroit Office. Prior to BCG, Dan worked in the financial markets spending time with PNC Capital Markets and Hanley Group Capital.  Dan served in a variety of capacities including trading, sales and project management. He specialized in currency, commodity and interest rate hedging. Dan earned his MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.  He received his BBA from the University of Dayton finishing with majors in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

James Harkins

Chicago Specialist for Class of 2020

James joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Summer Consultant in 2016 and returned full-time in 2017.

Prior to BCG, he spent 5+ years working in corp. finance and strategy in the CPG (PepsiCo) and IG (BASF) industries. During business school he also had the opportunity to work on a revenue growth strategy project for the New York Jets (he can not comment on their on-field performance).

He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University, and is a licensed CPA.

Interested in Consumer, IG, Growth Strategy, and Marketing and Sales.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

  • Include your top 3 office preferences with the weight of interest for each office, it is not necessary to choose 3
