Adam Gordon

Recruiting Partner

Adam Gordon is the Recruiting Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He originally joined the firm in 2005 as an Associate after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Queen’s University. Adam’s consulting practice is focused on Travel & Tourism, specifically serving airlines on a range of strategy, commercial and operational topics. He also has significant experience working with industrial goods and private equity companies. Adam has served clients in Canada, the U.S., Europe and South America. He also spent two years at Qantas Airways in Australia as part of BCG’s Secondment program. Prior to joining BCG, Adam held positions at A.T Kearney as a Business Analyst and at Shaw Pittman in their Government Relations department. Outside of work, Adam’s interests include photography, scuba diving and travelling.

Matthew Page

Principal, Associate Recruiting Director

Matt is a Principal in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm in 2013 as an Associate. While at BCG, Matt has worked in the firm’s Toronto, London & New York City offices across a variety of industries but now primarily works in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telecom) and PIPE (Principal Investors and Private Equity) practices.

Prior to working at BCG, Matt worked at PepsiCo in various roles of the foods division and completed his HBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling, golfing and playing hockey.

Christine Park

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Christine joined the BCG Talent Acquisition team in 2019. She supports the Associate recruiting efforts for Toronto from both undergraduate and master’s programs. Prior to joining BCG, Christine worked for the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board as well as Mt Sinai Hospital. She was involved in designing and executing Learning and Development programs for various levels. Christine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, and completed 2 semesters abroad in South Korea.   

Outside of work, Christine enjoys visiting her hometown Vancouver, attending live music events and hiking.

Ruhama Quadir

Schulich Undergrad/Master's Captain

Ruhama joined BCG in 2017 as an Associate after graduating from the Schulich School of Business with the Governor General’s Medal of Canada (GPA: 9.0/9.0). She served as an intern at Procter & Gamble and RBC (Investment Banking and Innovation & Strategy) prior to making the decision to pursue consulting. Since joining BCG, her case experience has spanned multiple industries—financial institutions, retail (grocery, beauty, footwear) and industrial goods among them—across clients located both in Canada and the Northeast/Midwest US. She has also authored a case which was recently published by the Harvard Business Review. During the weekends, Ruhama finds delight in long walks, international cuisine, and music of the classical variety.

James Gott

Partner and Consultant Recruiting Director, Toronto

James is a Partner and the Consultant Recruiting Director in the Toronto office. He joined the firm in 2014 as a Consultant. While at BCG, James has worked primarily with consumer products, retail and energy clients across a broad range of topics including corporate strategy, M&A, marketing, procurement, and technology, and in a number of cities (e.g. Boston, Calgary, London, Madrid). Prior to working at BCG, James completed his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his MBA, James worked within the operations and engineering group of a closely-held consumer packaged goods company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. Outside of work, James enjoys skiing in the winter, spending weekends in cottage-country in the summer, and travelling year round.

Brittany Copeland

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Brittany supports the recruiting efforts of Ontario, US, and International MBA programs for Consultant hiring. Prior to joining BCG, Brittany worked for Hudson's Bay Company as a Human Resources Administrator and Recruiter, where she focused on recruitment and internal HR processes. Prior to Hudson's Bay, Brittany worked for Grant Thornton LLP on their National Campus Recruitment team. She was heavily involved in the creation and execution of their CPA campus recruitment strategy. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. When not at work, Brittany enjoys cooking, discovering new music, attending TFC games, and exploring Toronto.

Alex Melnik

Principal, Schulich MBA Captain

Alexandr joined BCG as a Consultant in September 2015 after earning an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.  Since joining BCG in 2015, Alexandr has worked with clients in financial services, retail and mining. Prior to BCG, he worked for 8 years at Kenaidan Contracting, a general contractor operating in the Greater Toronto Area. While at Kenaidan, Alexandr held multiple positions and was involved in many civil and infrastructure projects; acquiring skills in field engineering, construction operations, estimating, project management and financial accounting. Besides his MBA, Alexandr also holds a CMA / CPA designation, and has received an International BBA from the Schulich School of Business. During his undergrad, he spent 6 months on exchange at EDHEC in Nice, France. Outside of work, Alexandr enjoys practicing martial arts, learning foreign languages and traveling.
