Debbie Fredberg

Head of Sloan Recruiting

Debbie is the Head of Sloan Recruiting at BCG. She was most recently an Associate Director in the MIT Sloan Career Development Office. Prior to her time at Sloan, Debbie was a career advisor at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Her previous work experience includes brand management at The Gillette Company, managing Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Office for Women’s Careers, and being an admissions board member at Harvard Business School. Prior to attending The Wharton School for her MBA, Debbie was a consultant with Booz Allen and Hamilton’s Media and Entertainment and Consumer Products practices. When she is not at work, Debbie can be found sailing with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and their Portuguese water dog.

Roger Premo

Partner & Managing Director

Roger Premo, Partner & Managing Director, Boston, earned his MBA from MIT Sloan in 2006. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Prior to business school, he held leadership and technical roles in several online media and search technology companies. Earlier, he also worked in molecular biology research at Genentech. At BCG, Roger is focused on high-tech and telecom clients across strategy, go-to market and operations. His interests include squash, golf, snowboarding and spending time with his family.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
