Debbie Fredberg

Head of Sloan Recruiting

Debbie is the Head of Sloan Recruiting at BCG. She was most recently an Associate Director in the MIT Sloan Career Development Office. Prior to her time at Sloan, Debbie was a career advisor at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Her previous work experience includes brand management at The Gillette Company, managing Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Office for Women’s Careers, and being an admissions board member at Harvard Business School. Prior to attending The Wharton School for her MBA, Debbie was a consultant with Booz Allen and Hamilton’s Media and Entertainment and Consumer Products practices. When she is not at work, Debbie can be found sailing with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and their Portuguese water dog.

Caroline O'Brien

Talent Acquisition Assistant

Caroline O'Brien is the Talent Acquisition Assistant on the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team and the MIT Sloan Recruiting team. Caroline joined BCG in 2018 after earning a degree in Communication & Media and Business Administration from Northeastern University. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen!

Alexa Nishri-Howitt

Global Specialist

Alexa Nishri-Howitt is the Sloan Recruiting Specialist at BCG and a Project Leader in BCG’s Boston office. She joined the firm in 2015 as a Summer Consultant from Sloan and returned full-time in 2016 after getting her MBA. Since then, Alexa has worked on casework primarily in retail, financial services, and social impact. Prior to attending Sloan, Alexa worked in performing arts management as business director for the soprano Renée Fleming in New York. She earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard College. In her free time, Alexa enjoys live theater, Red Sox games, and being by the water in Cambridge and Boston. She is looking forward to spending time in E62 this fall and getting to know the current Sloanies.

Elle Caggiano

Technology Advantage Recruiting Lead

Elle Caggiano is the Technology Advantage (TA) Recruiting Lead for our North American offices. She manages TA hiring at all levels and joined BCG in 2014 after gaining recruiting experience in the Healthcare-IT industry. Elle sits in the Boston office and was previously in our New Jersey office, she received her BA in English from the College of Wooster.  Outside of work, Elle enjoys supervising her husband’s remodeling projects (will they ever be done?!) and managing her dog’s Instagram account.

Roger Premo

Recruiting Partner

Roger Premo is a Partner & Managing Director in the Boston office. He joined BCG after earning his MBA from MIT Sloan in 2006. Roger is focused on go-to market and operations strategy for high-tech and telecom clients. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Prior to business school, he held leadership and technical roles in several online media and search technology companies. Earlier, he also worked in molecular biology research at Genentech. His interests include squash, golf, snowboarding and spending time with his family.

Jeff Shiff

Pride@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Project Leader in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
