Recruiting Coordinator

Kate joined BCG after working as a Career Counselor and Marketing Manager in the Office of Career Services at Fordham University. Kate graduated from Ithaca College with a BA in Communications, and a minor in Psychology. Outside of work, she sings as part of a NY-based co-ed a cappella group, and runs races with NY Road Runners.

Keri Messa

Recruiting Lead

Keri leads both the Consultant and Associate campus recruiting teams in BCG's New York office. Prior to joining BCG, she worked at a small executive level recruiting firm in New York. Keri received her BA in American History from Union College, and enjoys running, traveling and NY sports teams.

Robert Rodrigez

North American Summer Consultant Specialist '17-'18

Robert joined The Boston Consulting Group’s New York Office as a Summer Consultant in 2014 and returned as a Consultant in January 2016. Before joining the firm, Robert earned his MBA at NYU Stern with a concentration in Strategy. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate in the Public Finance department for Raymond James and Associates, a southeast US focused investment bank. Additionally, Robert has an interest in Software Engineering, completing an advanced software engineering immersive program, focused on JavaScript, at Hack Reactor.

Jon Cook

North American Summer Consultant Specialist '17-'18

Jon joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in 2015, and is now a Project Leader in the New York Office. His cases focused primarily in commercial biopharma where he has worked on new operating models and process optimization. Prior to joining BCG, Jon taught high school science in Salem, MA with Teach For America. Jon holds a BS in Movement Science from the University of Michigan, an MA in Kinesiology from the University of Texas, a PhD in Physiology from Penn State University, and an MBA from NYU Stern where he concentrated in strategy and business analytics. In his free time, Jon enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and running.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Taylor Smith

Recruiting Partner

Taylor Smith, Partner and Managing Director, New York office, joined BCG in 2005. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Williams College. While at BCG, Taylor has worked across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail. Prior to BCG, Taylor was an associate at Lehman Brothers. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, exploring the New York restaurant scene, and complaining about the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.
