Clint Follette

Talent Acquisition Partner

Clint Follette, Managing Director & Partner, joined Boston Consulting Group in 2006 and also spent 7 months in the Paris office in 2008. Since joining BCG, he has worked on strategy cases in the telecom, travel, and industrial goods industries and is currently focused in energy (oil refining). In 2017, Clint moved from our Dallas office to Houston.

Prior to business school, Clint was a research engineer at ExxonMobil Chemical Co. in Baton Rouge, LA. Clint earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and his MEM from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University in 2006. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Louisville with BS and M Eng degrees in chemical engineering. He enjoys travel and being a fan of Louisville college sports.

Campbell Craig

Full-time Recruiting Director

Camp, Houston Partner, joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013. He holds a BS in chemical engineering and received his MBA from The University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining BCG, Camp was a process engineer and light products optimizer at a Koch Industries owned oil refinery. At BCG, Camp has done work in the power and utility and unconventional oil and gas spaces and is a core member of the energy practice group. Outside of the office, Camp enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, playing golf and poker, and cooking.

Jeremy Keating

Houston Associate Recruiting Director – Class of 2020

Jeremy Keating is a Project Leader in our Houston office. A core member of our Oil & Gas practice, Jeremy has worked around the world with our clients in operations, logistics, and strategy roles across the Oil & Gas value chain. This has included cases in Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Canada, London, as well as US-based work. Jeremy also supported the City of Houston immediately following Hurricane Harvey.

Jeremy joined BCG in 2015 from Wood Mackenzie, an energy research and consulting firm, where he worked in the Upstream Oil & Gas and Metals & Mining practices in both Houston and Australia. He has a BS in Applied (Agricultural) Economics from the University of Sydney.

Outside of BCG, Jeremy lives with his wife, Lauren, and 5-year old puppy, Dallas (boxer). They spend their weekends at the gym, running around (7x Tough Mudders), with their horses, or Jeremy is in the garage and around the house learning to be a handyman.

Blakeley Payne

Talent Acquisition Manager

Prior to joining BCG, she was the Recruiting Coordinator at Thompson & Knight LLP and received her Business Marketing degree from the University of Arkansas. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, pilates and going to the movies.

Emily Lassetter

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Emily joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. She attended The University of Mississippi and received a Bachelor of Arts in English. Prior to joining BCG, she taught English in Madrid, Spain and later worked as a Legal Assistant at a law firm in the Houston area. In her free time, Emily enjoys being creative, live music, vinyasa yoga and traveling.

Nikki Park

School Specialist

Nikki joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2017 and returned as a full-time Associate in 2018. She graduated from Ole Miss with a BBA in Accountancy and minor in Economics. During her undergrad, Nikki ran cross country and track and worked on economic development and education initiatives in the Mississippi Delta.

Applications for full-time Associate positions are due September 4, 2018 at 11:59 PM CST. Candidates eligible for a full-time position intend to graduate between December 2018 and August 2019.

Applications for 2019 summer internship Associate positions are due September 9, 2018 at 11:59 PM CST. Candidates eligible for an internship position intend to graduate between December 2019 and August 2020.
