Kelsey Clark

Associate Recruiting Director - Class of 2018

Kelsey Clark, Principal, Dallas joined BCG in 2012. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and earned an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. At The Boston Consulting Group, she has consulted to clients in the public sector, energy, industrial goods, telecom, education, and consumer industries. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cheering the Tar Heels during college basketball season.

Vivian Lee

Associate Recruiting Director - Class of 2019

Vivian is a Project Leader in the Dallas office of The Boston Consulting Group.  Prior to joining BCG, Vivian worked as a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney's Office and as a complex commercial litigator at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.  She also completed a BCG Fellowship in 2014 focusing on social impact strategy.

Vivian received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Masters in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.  She also obtained a Masters in Teaching Secondary Education while serving as a high school English teacher as part of the Teach For America program.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Berkeley summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Keith Melker

Recruiting Partner

Keith Melker, Partner and Managing Director, Dallas, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He has deep interest in Consumer thinking and behavior and is primarily focused on the Consumer and Retail industries. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he served as Co-President of the HBS Student Association. He earned a BBA with Special Distinction from The University of Oklahoma with majors in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to attending graduate school, Keith worked for Reliant Energy in Houston in their wholesale business. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, traveling, playing and watching sports, and being outdoors.

Taylor Goerke

Recruiting Associate

Taylor joined BCG after she graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2015. She holds a dual degree in Communications and Public Relations with a minor in Business. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants in Dallas, and following the latest dachshund Instagram accounts.

Adam Petras

School Specialist

Adam Petras is an Associate in the Dallas office, and joined BCG in the fall of 2015.  Adam's casework at BCG has included an organizational transformation for a State department, a post-merger integration for a Canadian fuel company, and a strategic sourcing initiative for a large apparel retailer. Prior to joining BCG, Adam graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business Honors and Finance. During his time at the University of Texas, Adam was involved in the Undergraduate Business Council, Tejas Club, and the Financial Analyst Program.  In his free time, Adam enjoys playing golf, skiing, watching European soccer, and spending time outdoors.

Rachel Huynh

School Specialist

Rachel Huynh is an Associate in the Dallas office and joined BCG in the fall of 2016. Since joining, Rachel has had the opportunity to help design a new service delivery model for a telecommunications company's international expansion, price a major outsourcing deal for an industrial goods manufacturer, and assess the fundraising strategy and operating model for a small education nonprofit. Around the office, she is also involved with the women's network and blog, social impact pillar, and diversity network. Prior to joining BCG, Rachel graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business Honors and a BA in Plan II. There, Rachel was involved with Texas Orange Jackets, the Undergraduate Business Council, the Daily Texan, and the Plan II/KIPP partnership. Outside of work, she enjoys weekend alt-travel adventures, writing, and supporting a research project on gender parity in India.

Melanie Diaz

School Specialist

Melanie Diaz is an Associate in the Houston office who joined BCG in fall of 2016. At BCG, Melanie has primarily worked in the education sector, including digital transformation at an education publisher, "cradle-to-career" organization design in a major U.S. city, and ROI analysis of higher education student success interventions for a national foundation. Prior to her time at BCG, Melanie graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business Honors and Science and Technology Management. While at UT, Melanie was involved in the Student Consulting Initiative, Energy Management Program, and Helping Hornz. Outside of casework, Melanie spends her time playing volleyball, watching UT football, and seeing musicals.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
