Ben Eppler

Associate Recruiting Director - Class of 2020

Ben Eppler is a Principal in the Dallas office. He joined BCG in New York as a Summer Associate in 2008. In addition to Dallas and New York, Ben has been a member of the Tel Aviv and Hamburg offices. He works primarily in the Consumer and Retail industries.  Ben received his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He graduated from Stanford with a B.A. in Economics and History. In his free time, Ben enjoys strategy games, running, cities, travel, novels, and long-distance hiking.

David Martin

Recruiting Partner

David Martin, Partner, joined the BCG Dallas office in 2009. His project experiences at BCG span TMT, Luxury Consumer Goods, Retail, and Health Care, with particular emphasis on growth strategy cases. David has also worked in the BCG Paris office, as part of BCG’s Ambassador Program. Prior to joining BCG, David worked for Credit Suisse, building a software product within its Investment Banking Division. David received his Bachelors and MBA from Duke University, where he also earned three varsity letters playing football.

Tyler Betz

Talent Acquisition Lead

Tyler Betz is the Dallas Talent Acquisition Lead and recently relocated from the BCG Detroit office. While in Detroit, Tyler led Principal, Project Leader, and Expert recruiting for seven of BCG's practices in North America. Prior to joining BCG in January 2016, she focused on senior-level and experienced hiring at A.T. Kearney. Tyler holds a degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring Dallas, and rooting on the Spartans!

Taylor Goerke

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Taylor Goerke is a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the BCG Dallas office. She joined BCG after she graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2015. Taylor holds a dual degree in Communications and Public Relations with a minor in Business. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants in Dallas, and following the latest dachshund Instagram accounts.

Blake Bergeron

School Specialist

Blake Bergeron is an Associate in the Dallas office and joined BCG in the summer of 2018. Blake’s casework at BCG has included strategic planning for the city of Dallas, cost-cutting for a large pharmaceutical company, and process efficiency maximization for a technology, media, and telecommunications company. Prior to joining BCG, Blake graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance. During his time at the University of Texas, Blake was involved in the Texas Speech Team, Management Consulting Association, and the Hispanic Business Students Associations. In his free time, Blake enjoys indoor cycling, binge-watching Hulu/Netflix, and staying up-to-date on social issues.

Vishal Bhat

School Specialist

Vishal Bhat is an Associate in the Dallas office; Vishal was a summer intern at BCG Dallas during the summer of 2016 and joined full-time in the fall of 2017. During his time at BCG, Vishal has worked on a growth strategy for a major tech conglomerate, helped develop the strategy and conduct customer/performance analytics for the loyalty program of a major fast food company, and worked on several due diligences out of the BCG New York office for private equity funds covering a broad range of industries, including orthopedic equipment, wealth management, pharmaceutical packaging, thermal management, mortgage field services, and quick service restaurants. Around the office, he is involved with recruiting and the Asian Diversity Network, as well as “magic time” work for nonprofits. Prior to joining BCG, Vishal graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Business Honors, Finance, and Radio-Television-Film. During his time at UT, Vishal was actively involved with the University Securities Investment Team, Management Consulting Association, Hum A Cappella, and various filmmaking/screenwriting initiatives. In his free time, Vishal enjoys watching movies, writing screenplays, swimming, and singing on a South Asian alumni a cappella team.

Roli Garg

School Specialist

Roli Garg is an Associate in the Houston office who interned at BCG in the summer of 2017 and joined full-time in the summer of 2018. During her time at BCG, Roli has worked on developing a strategy to reduce source materials and supply chain expenditure for a major aerospace and defense company. Prior to BCG, Roli graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where she majored in Chemical Engineering. While at UT, Roli was actively involved with Management Consulting Association and the Student Engineering Council. In her free time, she enjoys photography, watching the Food Network, and exploring the outdoors.

Charlotte Gunn

School Specialist

Charlotte Gunn is an Associate in the Dallas office who interned at BCG and returned full-time in the fall of 2017. Since joining, Charlotte has worked primarily within BCG’s Consumer practice area. Her casework includes assessing macro trends and growth opportunities for a US tire retailer, conducting an international surveys for a sell-side due diligence, defining a verticals strategy for a facilities maintenance aggregator, and negotiating margin improvements for a US beauty retailer. Prior to BCG, Charlotte graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Plan II. While at UT, Charlotte was involved with the Plan II/KIPP partnership, Chi Omega, the McCombs Leadership Program, and the London School of Economics study-abroad partnership. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys alt-traveling to visit friends, borrowing her parents’ dog, and playing tennis.

Marco Heredia

School Specialist

Marco Heredia is an Associate in the Houston office who joined BCG full-time in the fall of 2017. Marco has primarily worked within BCG’s Energy and Industrial Goods practice areas. So far, Marco’s casework includes implementing a trading organization in a large international oil company, defining the strategy for the commercial business of a US tire company, outlining asset divestment options for an international commodity producer, and revamping the pricing and incentive programs for a US building products manufacturer. Around the office, he is involved with recruiting and helps lead the office’s partnership with a local elementary school as part of Houston’s social impact efforts. Prior to joining BCG, Marco graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Chemical Engineering. While at UT, Marco was involved in a number of engineering organizations including the Student Engineering Council and the Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society. Outside of work, Marco enjoys reading, traveling, and playing/following soccer.

Rachel Huynh

School Specialist

Rachel Huynh is an Associate in the Dallas office and joined BCG in the fall of 2016. Since joining, Rachel has had the opportunity to help design a new service delivery model for a telecommunications company's international expansion, price a major outsourcing deal for an industrial goods manufacturer, and assess the fundraising strategy and operating model for a small education nonprofit. Around the office, she is also involved with the women's network and blog, social impact pillar, and diversity network. Prior to joining BCG, Rachel graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business Honors and a BA in Plan II. There, Rachel was involved with Texas Orange Jackets, the Undergraduate Business Council, the Daily Texan, and the Plan II/KIPP partnership. Outside of work, she enjoys weekend alt-travel adventures, writing, and supporting a research project on gender parity in India.

Jeff Shiff

Jeff Shiff is a Project Leader in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
