BCG Advanced Degree Women's Panel

May 26, 2022 6pm – 7pm BST Virtual Join our Women's Panel event for advanced degree students!

The evening will include a panel discussion with some of our BCGers representing various backgrounds, each offering a unique perspective. Our panellists, from more recent graduates to experienced BCGers, will share their experiences and provide an insight into the world of management consulting.

BCG Advanced Degree Mentorship Programme

June, 2022 - October, 2022 A mix of in person and virtual Hello from BCG!

If you are a JD, PhD, postdoc or medic, and are interested in applying to BCG this autumn, we'd like to encourage you to apply to participate in our Get to Know BCG mentorship programme for advanced degree students.

The programme is designed to support and encourage you to learn more about what it is like to work at BCG coming from an advanced degree background, network with consultants and find out about our culture and recruiting process.

The programme includes virtual coffee chats, networking, an application tips and tricks webinar and 1:1 sessions with a mentor including a case practice over the summer and early autumn months. Additionally, participants will have access to exclusive resources including case interview prep materials.

The goal of this mentorship programme is to inspire you to explore a career in consulting in any of our 90+ BCG offices, while also sharpening your problem-solving and interview skills.

ASPIRE Women's Workshop

June 7, 2022 - June 9, 2022 Come and take part in our BCG ASPIRE Women's Workshop 2022, a 3-day women's professional development event where over 85 talented women from Europe, Africa, Middle East and South America get to meaningfully engage with each other, explore consulting and connect with BCGers from around the world.

Each day will be an exciting mix of inspiring keynotes, masterclasses, case workshops, fun activities and networking. ASPIRE attendees will get the opportunity to develop their leadership and communication skills, while getting a taste of what it's like to be a consultant at BCG.

BCG Mentorship Scheme 2022

As part of our mission to find the best talent, the 2022 Mentorship Programme is now open for applications from students going into their final year of study at a UK & Ireland university. Please note that this scheme is open to students of all disciplines and does not require a prior interest in consulting.

We will match selected students with one of our consultants to offer 1-1 mentorship over the summer so you’re ready to make a strong application in September. You'll have the chance to ask all your consulting questions and get advice on how to best prepare for interviews (incl. CV advice, case practice, and other tips & tricks). It is a great opportunity for you to get to know us, while getting useful advice and practice for the upcoming interview season!

Applications are open now and close on the July 4th. To apply, submit your CV and a half page cover letter here. In your half-page cover letter we’d love to know why you're interested in consulting, what you hope to get out of the mentoring scheme & what qualities / experiences you think will help you in a consulting role. We will then review everyone's applications and select a number of candidates for Phone Interviews.

Richard Lau

UK University Recruiting Director

Richard joined BCG in 2015, having previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer. He graduated in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge before completing a PhD in Theoretical Physics at the University of Oxford. Richard is focused in the Energy practice area, with a particular focus on energy transition and the future of mobility.


Claire Eason

International Campus Recruiting Lead

Claire is the International Campus Recruiting Lead for BCG, having joined the firm in 2017 as part of the Experienced Hiring team. She previously worked at Ocado on their graduate management scheme. Claire holds a Masters in Management and undergraduate Mathematics degree, both from the University of Sheffield.


Diana Ly

International Campus Manager

Diana joined BCG in July 2018 and focusses on MBA recruiting from London Business School, Judge Business School and Saïd Business School, as well as other UK universities. Before BCG, she worked in graduate recruitment in Investment Banking and Law. Diana holds a BSc in Management from Cass Business School.
