Elisa Ferrarotti

Talent Acquisition Manager

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Manager. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

Dalia Meyer

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Dalia is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in the Los Angeles office. She joined BCG in 2014. Prior to BCG, she worked at Logistics Plus as an Air Exports Specialist and Sales Representative. At BCG, her efforts are focused on consultant MBA and ADC recruiting. Dalia received her B.S. in International Business and Marketing from Penn State. She enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Santiago Ferrer

Recruiting Partner

Santiago is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. He originally joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in the New York office in 2009 and returned in 2010 after receiving his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Santiago also did an one year ambassadorship in the BCG Chile office before transferring to the Los Angeles office in 2013. Before attending business school, he spent 5 years with the United Nations, working in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and in peacekeeping. Santiago also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Since joining BCG, Santiago has worked for clients in financial services, technology, government and the social sector; in a range of topics including strategy, economic development, pricing, organizational design, technology and transformation.

Karan Mistry

ADC Recruiting Director

Karan Mistry is a Project Leader in the Los Angeles office and joined BCG in 2014. Karan is an active member of the Energy, Industrial Goods, and Public Sector practices. While he has worked across a variety of functional areas, his main interests are related to Big Data and Advanced Analytics and enabling clients to make better decisions through the use of data. Prior to BCG, Karan earned his PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles, graduating summa cum laude. While at MIT, Karan did water and energy research. In his free time, Karan enjoys traveling, road cycling, cooking, and board games.

Jeff Shiff

Pride@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Project Leader in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Generalist consultants work on varied projects across topics and industries analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and making change happen for our clients. We hire all types of advanced degree backgrounds and concentrations (PhD, MD, JD, Post-doc).

GAMMA Consulting – Full-time

Data scientists design and build powerful, analytics-based solutions in order to help our clients tackle their business problems. BCG GAMMA hires candidates with advanced degrees with excellent academic achievements in specific fields such as computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, etc. BCG GAMMA also looks for relevant experience in data science, R, python and/or matlab, machine learning or deep learning.

BCG GAMMA Engineer Roles

Analytics Software Engineers. BCG GAMMA’s analytics software engineers have expertise in developing and implementing large-scale software applications. They build production-level code and help clients and case teams implement scalable analytics solutions.

Machine Learning Engineers. Machine learning engineers have expertise in computer science, distributed programming, applied research, and mathematics. They develop, implement, and apply statistical machine-learning techniques, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to develop research prototypes and deployable software systems.

Analytics Architects. Our analytics architects are experts in defining analytics data and cloud architecture components, with deep knowledge across a wide variety of database and cloud technologies. They provide clients and BCG case teams with expertise in enterprise IT, databases, and cloud technologies.

Bridge to BCG Application Process
