Santiago Ferrer

Recruiting Partner

Santiago is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. He originally joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in the New York office in 2009 and returned in 2010 after receiving his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Santiago also did an one year ambassadorship in the BCG Chile office before transferring to the Los Angeles office in 2013. Before attending business school, he spent 5 years with the United Nations, working in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and in peacekeeping. Santiago also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Since joining BCG, Santiago has worked for clients in financial services, technology, government and the social sector; in a range of topics including strategy, economic development, pricing, organizational design, technology and transformation.

Elisa Ferrarotti

Recruiting Manager

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Manager. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

Leo Tomlin

Recruiting Director, Associates

Leo is a Project Leader in BCG’s Los Angeles office. At BCG he has worked on go-to-market strategies, working capital release, and cost optimization and cost reduction in manufacturing across the technology and consumer sectors. Prior to joining BCG, Leo was a senior British Diplomat who served in various national-security-related positions. He developed the UK’s first international counter-extremism strategy and the UK’s draw-down strategy for exiting Afghanistan. Leo earned a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a BA in Political Science (High Honors) from UC Berkeley. In his spare time Leo enjoys spending time with his family, hiking in the Santa Monica mountains, and playing tennis.

Jeff Shiff

Pride@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Project Leader in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Full-time employment, beginning Fall 2019

Between August 20th and September 3rd 2018, interested undergraduate and master's degree candidates graduating in 2019 should submit an application online. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts, as well as master's transcripts (if applicable), including GPA for both undergrad and master degrees
  • All standardized test scores (SAT, GRE, etc.) broken down by quantitative and verbal sections (including percentiles)

Summer Internship employment, beginning Summer 2019

Between September 17th and October 1st, 2018, interested undergraduate and master's degree candidates graduating in 2020 should submit an application online. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts, as well as master's transcripts (if applicable), including GPA for both undergrad and master degrees
  • All standardized test scores (SAT, GRE, etc.) broken down by quantitative and verbal sections (including percentiles)
