Elizabeth Dreyer

UM ADC Director

Elizabeth is a consultant in the Detroit office of The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to joining BCG, Elizabeth was a PhD student at The University of Michigan, where she wrote her thesis on a type of light-matter interaction (magneto-electric scattering) and how it depended on material composition. Elizabeth earned her PhD and MS degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. She also earned a BS in electrical engineering with a concentration in Photonics from Michigan Technological University. In her leisure time, Elizabeth enjoys playing board games with friends, kayaking, baking, and inspiring the next generation of scientists with public STEM outreach events.

Lilly Connett

DET Women's Recruiting Lead

Lilly is a project leader in the Detroit office of The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to joining BCG, Lilly worked in international development including time as a researcher in the Galapagos and with the Mozambique health systems. She earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in environmental sciences from the University of Michigan and a BA from the University of Chicago. In her leisure time, Lilly is passionate about all things Midwest and has lived and worked in five continents.

Mike Quinn

DET Diversity Recruiting Lead

Mike is a principal at The Boston Consulting Group. He leads many of BCG’s efforts within the automotive technology sector. He is a topic expert within BCG’s Center for Digital in Automotive, with a focus on infotainment, telematics, and self-driving vehicles. He has done extensive work in cloud computing and agile software development across industries. He holds 6 patents related to vehicle technology. Mike holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in electrical engineering systems from the University of Michigan with a focus on Communication Systems and Artificial Intelligence, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering also from the University of Michigan. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys playing golf & basketball, traveling for pleasure and exploring new restaurants in Detroit.

Charlene Chu

Detroit Recruiting Manager

Charlene Chu is the Recruiting Manager for the Detroit office of The Boston Consulting Group. Charlene was previously a project leader for BCG and also worked for Ford Motor Co. and FordDirect in various product development and leadership roles. Charlene received a MBA from Wharton School of Business. She also has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in electrical & computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. In her leisure time, Charlene enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being outdoors.

Carol Lamb

DET Recruiting Associate

Carol Lamb is the ADC Recruiting Associate for the Detroit office of The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to joining BCG, Carol worked for General Motors in various managerial roles within the vehicle sales, service and marketing division. Carol received a master of science in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She also has a bachelor’s of science degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University. In her leisure time, Carol enjoys spending time reading, practicing Pilates, playing tennis and biking with her family.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin Morehouse serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Caroline O'Brien

Recruiting Assistant

Caroline O'Brien is the Sloan Recruiting Assistant. Caroline also supports the North America Advanced Degree Recruiting team. Caroline joined BCG in 2018 after earning a degree in Communication Studies and Business Administration from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spinning, playing tennis, and traveling!

Alex Jaskolski

ADC Recruiting Lead

Alex is the Recruiting Lead for ADC recruiting across BCG’s North American office. Alex joined BCG in 2012 after earning a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Alex has experience in Undergraduate, ADC, MBA and Experienced Hire recruiting at BCG. In her leisure time, Alex enjoys cooking, spin class and a nice glass of wine!

Katie Purcell

ADC Recruiting Associate

Katie Purcell is the ADC Recruiting Associate for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team. Prior to her current role, she supported our MBA recruiting efforts at MIT Sloan. Katie graduated from Boston University and is an AmeriCorps alum. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring Boston, catching up on her Netflix shows, and curling up with a good book.

For advanced degree students, looking to finish school and start a full-time position within the next 6 months, we encourage you to apply to one or both of the job positions below. Applicants will be notified of their applicant status within 2-3 weeks. Due to our hiring needs, we are looking for candidates to start as soon as January or February 2019.
