Alex Jaskolski

Recruiting Coordinator

Alex is the Recruiting Coordinator for the Associate program in the Chicago office. She manages BCG's recruitment of all Midwest undergraduate and non-business masters students. Alex joined BCG in 2012 after earning a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. In her leisure time, Alex enjoys cooking, spin class and a nice glass of wine!

Kate Joyce

Recruiting Assistant

Kate is the Recruiting Assistant for the Associate program in the Chicago office. She assists with the recruitment of Midwest undergraduate and non-business majors. Kate graduated from the University of Dayton in 2014 and began working for BCG in 2016. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis and discovering new restaurants around Chicago.

Sam Rajachudamani

Michigan University School Specialist

Sam Rajachudamani, Associate, Chicago, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2016 after earning his BBA and BSE in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining BCG, Sam worked with Amazon supporting their Marketplace and third party seller platforms. In his leisure time, Sam enjoys traveling, cooking and watching Detroit sports.

Kelly Newton

Recruiting Partner

Kelly Newton, Partner, Chicago, rejoined The Boston Consulting Group in 2010. She had previously worked as an Associate in 2005 for the Chicago office, and spent a year in the firm’s Sydney office in 2007. Kelly earned her MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management. She holds a BA in engineering with high honors from Dartmouth College. While in business school, Kelly worked in the Corporate Strategy group at Dell, Inc in Austin, Texas. In her leisure time Kelly enjoys training for triathlons, skiing, traveling to new places, and trying new restaurants around Chicago.

Sarah Minkus

Full-time Recruiting Director

Sarah Minkus, Principal, Chicago, re-joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2013 after earning her MBA from Harvard Business School. She originally joined BCG as an Associate in 2008. Sarah holds a BA, cum laude, from Yale University, where she graduated with distinction in the Theater Studies major. Sarah has also worked in brand management at General Mills. In her leisure time, Sarah enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their dog.

Tyler Barrack

Summer Intern Recruiting Director

Tyler Barrack, Principal, Chicago, first joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Summer Associate in the Toronto office in 2008 after earning his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada. Tyler also earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2014, after which he transferred to the Chicago office. At various points, he held internships with The Chicago Cubs, the Toronto Argonauts (Canadian Football League), and The World Bank. Tyler also co-founded a youth mentorship program, sat on the Board of Directors for a youth homeless shelter, and co-founded the University chapter of a development NGO. In his spare time, Tyler loves following sports and climbing mountains.
