Vivian Lee

Associate Recruiting Director - Class of 2019

Vivian Lee, Project Leader, Dallas, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Vivian has primarily worked in Energy within Power & Gas and Consumer Retail. She has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an MBE from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate studies. Prior to The Boston Consulting Group, Vivian was a federal prosecutor, a commercial litigator at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and a high school English teacher as part of Teach For America. She loves to snowboard, travel, and try different restaurants.

Ben Eppler

Associate Recruiting Director Class of 2020

Ben Eppler, Principal, joined BCG as an Associate in 2009. He has worked in capital markets, consumer operations, retail banking, and downstream and upstream energy. Since October 2010, Ben worked on projects in Israel and was temporarily transferred to the Tel Aviv office in October 2011. Prior to joining BCG he was a Stanford Fellow at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. and worked in the economic research unit of Byblos Bank in Beirut, Lebanon. He has also worked as an investment banker in New York and a researcher in the real estate department at Harvard Business School. Ben received his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and History with honors and distinction. In his free time, Ben enjoys strategy games, running, cities, travel, novels, and long-distance hiking.

David Martin

Recruiting Partner

David Martin, Partner, joined the BCG Dallas office in 2009. His project experiences at BCG span TMT, Luxury Consumer Goods, Retail, and Health Care, with particular emphasis on growth strategy cases. David has also worked in the BCG Paris office, as part of BCG’s Ambassador Program. Prior to joining BCG, David worked for Credit Suisse, building a software product within its Investment Banking Division. David received his Bachelors and MBA from Duke University, where he also earned three varsity letters playing football.

Tyler Betz

Recruiting Lead

Tyler Betz is the Dallas Recruiting Lead and recently relocated from the BCG Detroit office. While in Detroit, Tyler led Principal, Project Leader, and Expert recruiting for seven of BCG's practices in North America. Prior to joining BCG in January 2016, she focused on senior-level and experienced hiring at A.T. Kearney. Tyler holds a degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring Dallas, and rooting on the Spartans!

Taylor Goerke

Recruiting Associate

Taylor Goerke is the Recruiting Associate in the BCG Dallas office. She joined BCG after she graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2015. Taylor holds a dual degree in Communications and Public Relations with a minor in Business. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants in Dallas, and following the latest dachshund Instagram accounts.

Nikki Bowser

School Specialist

Nikki Bowser is a Consultant in the Dallas office, and joined BCG in January of 2016. Her work while at BCG has included a pricing case for a vitamin and supplements retailer, an organization alignment for a large pharmaceutical company, pricing for an apparel retailer, and Demand-Centric Growth (brand positioning work) for an apparel retailer. Nikki is involved in the social impact network in the Dallas office, and leads a team working with a food-based non-profit organization in Dallas. Prior to joining BCG, Nikki graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (May 2015) with a BS in Business Administration and minor in public health anthropology. While in Chapel Hill, she was active in Relay for Life, the Undergraduate Consulting Club, and Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Nikki enjoys exploring new restaurants, running, and traveling.

Pranav Haravu

School Specialist

Pranav Haravu is a Consultant in the Dallas office and joined BCG in the fall of 2016. Pranav has focused primarily on strategy work in the Consumer and Healthcare practices, including consumer oriented growth for apparel / accessories (footwear, eyeglass retail), international confectionary brands, and B2B services, as well as strategic planning & joint venture analysis for academic and non-profit hospital systems. Prior to joining, Pranav  graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Quantitative Biology. There, Pranav was involved with biophysics research, Sigma Phi, and The Campus Y. Outside of work he enjoys dabbling in documentary photography, cooking, hiking, and spontaneous alt-travel expeditions.

Ryan Trocinski

School Specialist

Ryan Trocinski is an Associate in the Dallas office, and joined BCG in September of 2016. His work while at BCG has included a bankruptcy emergence strategy for a large utility, cost-reduction and out-sourcing effort for industrial goods producer, business unit strategy for large appliance company, people, operational, and financial strategy for a  cruise line, and M&A work in the QSR space. Ryan is involved with the new pairing program for new starts and leads the social committee in Dallas. Prior to joining BCG, Ryan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (May 2016) with a BS in Business Administration and minor in Spanish. While in Chapel Hill, he founded the Carolina Swim Club, and was involved with the Undergraduate Consulting Club, the Global Business Center, the Global Impact Initiative, and neuroeconomic studies. Ryan enjoys hiking, skiing, playing sports, and spending time outside.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
