Cristián joined the Santiago office of BCG in 2007 as an associate. After two years, he was promoted to consultant. In 2010, he was sponsored by BCG to study for his MBA at Harvard Business School, rejoining the BCG team in September 2012. In July 2015, he was promoted to principal. Cristián has supported the world's leading companies on strategy, procurement, corporate development, new market entry, and reorganization. Christian has worked in the financial services industries, mining and retail, performing several projects in Chile, Argentina, and the US. Prior to joining BCG, he worked for Teleton and LG in South Korea and also interned at the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency of Chile while studying for his MBA.

Adriana is an HR Specialist for BCG Buenos Aires and Santiago and also the Associate Recruiting Specialist for Buenos Aires. She originally joined BCG’s Toronto office in 2014 as a Recruiting Assistant supporting international recruiting efforts for the Associate and Consultant cohorts, as well as the Advanced Degree Candidate program. In July of 2016 she was promoted to Recruiting Associate supporting Consultant Hiring for all Canadian offices and in April of 2017 she transferred to Buenos Aires in her HR role where she is involved in Recruiting, Staffing and Career Development. Prior to working for BCG, Adriana completed a summer internship at The Investors Group where she assisted the recruitment process to staff a new office. She also obtained international experience during a three-month internship in Venezuela in a consumer goods organization. Adriana holds an Honours Bachelor in Human Resource Management degree from York University graduating with the distinction of Dean’s Honour Roll. Adriana is a foodie, loves to travel and practice yoga.

Catalina is a Human Resources Coordinator in BCG's Santiago Office. She joined as Recepcionist in 2003. At BCG, Catalina leads the Associate Recruiting Process, overlooks operations activities and coordinates our Learning and Development processes. Catalina earned a Bachelor Degree in Personal Administration and Labor Relations and another one in Coaching and Organizational Development from Universidad de Chile.
