Join us for an exciting on-campus career information session hosted by BCG. We will be on campus at Otago University on Wednesday 26 February 2020 at 12:00 PM. Please register via the university career portal to attend the event, to learn about BCG and to kick start your career in management consulting.

Mark Watters

Recruiting Partner

Mark Watters joined BCG in 2001 and is a partner in the Sydney and Canberra offices.  He is passionate about recruiting across Australia and New Zealand to meet the needs of the growing business. Mark is a member of the Public Sector and Technology Advantage practices.  His focus is on driving large scale organisational change and understanding the intersection between technology and government business strategy.  Mark has an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. 

Mark's interests include spending quality time with his family and following Australian sport (cricket, rugby and politics!)

Mary Katergaris

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (Associates)

Mary joined the Recruiting team in 2000 and is another long standing member of the team. She is the Recruiter for Associates for our Australian offices and is based in the Melbourne office.

Mary is passionate about all things coffee, even naming her dog after her favourite brand of coffee. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family.
