Justin Dean

Recruiting Partner

Justin Dean, Partner and Managing Director, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2008. Prior to joining BCG, Justin worked for the NV Energy as a Senior Regional Engineer in transmission and distribution services, managing the construction and maintenance of distribution infrastructure in Las Vegas and coordinating engineering standards across other local gas and water utilities. He also worked as a Lead Design Engineer for ALSTOM Power, overseeing steam turbine and generator maintenance and engineering projects. Justin received a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a Masters of Engineering Management with a concentration in Manufacturing Operations from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Sarah Adams

Recruiting Coordinator

Sarah joined The Boston Consulting Group in April 2017. She manages the consultant recruiting process in the Washington, DC office. Prior to joining BCG, she worked in Campus Recruiting for FTI Consulting, overseeing the consultant and summer intern hiring process for the Northeast Region. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.

Janie Gruner

Global School Specialist (Full Time Recruiting)

Janie joined The Boston Consulting Group’s Washington D.C. Office as a Consultant in July 2016. Prior to joining BCG, Janie worked in architecture and construction management in New York City, focusing on high-end residential renovation projects. Janie is a ‘double hoo’, earning her MBA at the Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in architecture at the University of Virginia.

Travis Dezendorf

Global School Specialist (Summer Intern Recruiting)

Travis joined BCG's Washington D.C. office as a Consultant in July 2016. Since joining, he has spent most of his time working on turnaround and growth strategy projects. Prior to BCG, he worked for Reasoning Mind – a non-profit in Houston focused on improving student outcomes in math using an online learning platform. Travis earned his MBA and M.Ed degrees at the Darden School of Business and Curry School of Education at UVA. He holds a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.

David Emmerman

LGBT School Captain, Consultant

David joined The Boston Consulting Group's Washington, DC, office as a Consultant in January 2016. Prior to joining BCG, he was a Summer MBA Operations Manager at, Energy Analyst for Akamai, as well as U.S. Fulbright Fellow to Portugal in renewable energy policy. David earned his MBA and Master's of Environmental Science from Yale University's School of Management and School of Forestry. He holds a BA with honors from Amherst College.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

The application deadline for Second Year students to apply for a full time position is Friday, September 22nd at 03:00 PM.

The application deadline for First Year students to apply for a summer internship is Monday, December 4th at 03:00 PM.

You must apply through Darden's Career Management System and our Darden online application.
