Megan Merrigan

Recruiting Associate

Megan joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Recruiting Associate in January 2018. She focuses on Associate recruiting efforts for the Washington, DC office and manages the undergraduate recruiting process for both the University of Virginia and Georgetown University. Megan began her career with The Boston Consulting Group in 2014 as Office Services Assistant. She holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, State College.

Amy Owusu

Recruiting Manager

Amy Owusu, Recruiting Manager, Washington DC, joined BCG in the fall of 2017.  She has over 15 years’ experience recruiting with professional services firms, the Fortune 500 corporations and global associations. Amy has worked in recruiting change management across many industries including corporate finance, healthcare, retail, and information and digital technology.  Her career focus has been developing and implementing recruiting strategy and process while building awareness around gender and diversity & inclusion recruiting.  Originally from Dallas, Texas, Amy graduated from The George Washington University in Washington DC.  In her free time she enjoys an upbeat yoga practice, travel and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Josh Feinberg

Recruiting Partner

Josh Feinberg, Partner and Managing Director, Washington, DC, received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Josh joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2006 and returned full-time in the Summer of 2007. He is currently the Head of the Services Sector in North America, a Member of the Consumer Practice Leadership Team, and a Core Member of the POP and MSP Practice Areas. He has extensive experience leading multi-year Transformations in Services (B2C and B2B) and Alcoholic Beverages (focus: Wine & Spirits). Prior to BCG, Josh was Co-Founder and Head of Strategy & Business Development for a health services firm. Josh is an avid tennis player, and an aspiring writer.

Emily Snow

School Specialist, Consultant

Emily Snow joined the Washington, DC office of BCG as an Associate in September 2016, after completing a summer internship with BCG in 2015. Her project work has been primarily in BCG Technology Advantage. She was previously an Economics Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at UVA, where she also served on the Honor Committee. Emily graduated with high distinction from the University of Virginia, where she earned an economics degree from the Distinguished Majors Program.

Sam Kotz

School Specialist, Consultant

Sam Kotz joined the Washington, DC office of BCG as an Associate in July 2018. He was previously a Government Affairs intern at Easterseals and a Research Assistant in the Duke History Department. Sam graduated from Duke University, where he earned a history degree with High Honors. He also holds a Masters in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBTQ + Recruiting Director

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Conboy

UVA LGBT Network School Captain

David Conboy joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate in Summer, 2016. His project work has been in media, consumer, and services. Prior to joining BCG, David worked in the military strategy group of a Washington, D.C. based think tank. David graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied International Relations and East Asian Languages and Civilizations. In his free time, David enjoys running, listening to classical music, and exploring DC with friends.
