Ed Crouch

Recruiting Partner and Managing Director

Ed is a Managing Director and Partner in the Atlanta office. He works primarily in the Consumer practice area, with a focus on travel and tourism. He has supported BCG's consumer clients across a range of topics, but his primary functional expertise is in Sales & Marketing, where he has helped with numerous distribution strategy efforts or other top-line initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG Ed received his JD / MBA at Georgia State University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University. Outside of work he enjoys various outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, etc.) and is a big college football fan.

Paige Vora

Talent Acquisition Manager

Paige is a Talent Acquisition Manager in the BCG Atlanta office. She joined BCG in 2013 as part of the Knowledge Team, focused on change management and communications support for clients. Prior to her current role, she also spent two years as part of BCG’s Operational Innovations team, focused on delivering operational and technology enhancements throughout BCG.Paige previously worked for Triage Consulting Group, specializing in revenue cycle management and process change for U.S. hospitals. Paige earned her degree in Economics from Emory University.

Allison Armas

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Allison is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Atlanta office managing both Advanced Degree Candidates and MBA hires. She works with ADC candidates from Duke, Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech. Prior to joining BCG, Allison worked for a technology company owning Atlanta recruiting efforts. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing soccer, and exercising. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Arit Umana

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Arit is the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Atlanta office overseeing both Advanced Degree Candidates and Experienced Hires. Prior to BCG, Arit worked in talent acquisition at a public accounting firm in metro-Atlanta. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Human Resources at Cleveland State University.

Thomas Eisenhart

Project Leader

Thomas is Project Leader in the Atlanta office where he works primarily within BCG’s TURN practice as well as with technology, media, and telecom (TMT) clients. Prior to joining BCG he received a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his free time he enjoys exploring Atlanta, playing/coaching/watching soccer, spending times with friends, family, and his dog, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Miles Fuller

ADC Ethnic Diversity Recruiting Specialist

Miles Fuller is a Consultant in the Atlanta office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2016. His work at BCG has focused around transforming and developing comprehensive strategies for Information Technology capabilities for clients in the Energy sector. Miles received a BS in Biology from Morehouse College and a PhD from Northwestern University in Biomedical Sciences for his research into the function of short chain fatty acid receptor in the pancreatic beta cell. Miles enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff Shiff

Pride@BCG Recruiting Lead

Jeff Shiff is a Principal in the Chicago office. He oversees LGBTQ+ recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. Jeff is a member of the Consumer practice and has done case work across a number of topics including growth strategy, consumer insights, pricing, and operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both New York and Hong Kong. Jeff earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Erin Morehouse

Global Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's Global Recruiting Manager based in Pittsburgh, PA. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Racquel MacDonald

Global Recruiting Senior Specialist

Racquel is a senior specialist for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Liz Cournoyer

Global Recruiting Senior Specialist

Liz Cournoyer is a senior specialist for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Liz is located in the Boston office and graduated from Bryant University with a major in Applied Psychology and duel minors in Human Resources and Business Administration. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, and cheer on the Patriots.
