Angela Michalik

Head of Wharton Recruiting

Angela oversees Wharton recruiting for BCG. Prior to taking on her current role, Angela was a project leader in the New York office focusing on consulting to clients in the health care and consumer goods industries. Angela received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her joint bachelor degrees in business and law from the University of Queensland in Australia. Angela is based in the New York office of BCG. She enjoys spending time with her children and visiting Australia.

Taylor Smith

Recruiting Partner

Taylor Smith, Partner and Managing Director, New York office, joined BCG in 2005. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Williams College. While at BCG, Taylor has worked across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail. Prior to BCG, Taylor was an associate at Lehman Brothers. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, exploring the New York restaurant scene, and complaining about the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.

Hakan Batur

Second Year Wharton Recruiting Specialist

Hakan is a Consultant in BCG's New York office. He started in 2015 as a Summer Consultant and returned to BCG full-time in August 2016. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School in 2016 and holds a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul. Prior to business school, he spent five years working in retail banking and management consulting in his home country, Turkey. He enjoys spending his time watching soccer and traveling around the world. Hakan will be your main point of contact for all questions about Full Time Recruiting!

Pauline Koningsveld

First Year Wharton Recruiting Specialist

Pauline Koningsveld, Consultant in the New York Office, joined BCG in August 2016. Originally from the Netherlands, she moved to the US for college at Johns Hopkins University and has stayed here ever since. Prior to obtaining her MBA from the Wharton School, she worked in Marketing Research at Paramount Pictures. At BCG, Pauline does most of her work in Media, working with clients in the film and TV industry. She will be your main point of contact for all questions about Summer Internship Recruiting!

Jill Patel

Wharton Recruiting Assistant

Jill Patel is the Wharton Recruiting Assistant for BCG. She works in the Philadelphia office and coordinates BCG's recruiting efforts at Wharton. Prior to joining BCG, Jill worked in marketing at a global technology firm in Boston. Most recently, she was an Associate Recruiter at Russell Tobin & Associates in Philadelphia. Jill holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing from Drexel University. In her free time, Jill enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring Philadelphia.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Principal in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Senior Specialist

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Senior Specialist, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
