Recruiting Team

Angela oversees Wharton, Columbia and Yale recruiting for BCG. Prior to taking on her current role, Angela was a project leader in the New York office focusing on consulting to clients in the health care and consumer goods industries. Angela received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her joint bachelor degrees in business and law from the University of Queensland in Australia. Angela is based in the New York office of BCG. She enjoys spending time with her children and visiting Australia.

Shayla is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for Wharton, Columbia, and Yale SOM. She started in the Philadelphia office, and recently transferred to New York City. Prior to joining BCG, Shayla was an Assistant Director at Villanova University's career center. She earned her MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University & holds a BS in Marketing & International Business from the University of Delaware.

Jingy is the Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Wharton, Columbia and Yale team, based out of the Philadelphia Office. Prior to joining BCG, Jingy worked in career services at the University of Pennsylvania where she advised Wharton undergraduates and alumni. Jingy earned her BA from Washington University in St. Louis and her MS from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, you can usually find Jingy chasing after her toddler and pre-schooler, binging reality shows, or watching college football.

Florian joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2018 and returned full-time to the Boston office in September 2019. His experience spans retail, Fashion & Luxury, MSP & Personalization, and PIPE. Before joining BCG Florian worked in sports marketing at mega events, including two Olympic Games.

Born and raised in Austria, Florian received his MBA from the Yale School of Management and holds additional degrees in communication, sports management and psychology. In his free time, Florian enjoys indoor rowing, mixology, French patisserie, Green Bay Packers football.

Racquel is a senior specialist for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices focusing on offices in the Asia Pacific region. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Katie Purcell is the DigitalBCG Campus Talent Acquisition Lead for our North American offices and manages DigitalBCG’s MBA full-time and internship hiring. She sits in the Boston office. Prior to joining BCG in 2016, Katie worked in youth development through Americorps and local non-profits. She received her BA in Psychology from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and planning her next Disney trip.

Aisha joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2016 and returned as a full time Consultant in 2017 after earning an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. During her time at BCG, she has worked primarily in the Industrial Goods Practice Area, focusing on operations and large-scale transformation. In her spare time, Aisha is a self-proclaimed "foodie" who enjoys cooking/exploring the Chicago restaurant scene and loves spending time with her cat Ms. Barry Newman.

Nico is a member of the Consumer Goods practice, with a focus on Fashion & Luxury, and Marketing. Nicolas originally joined BCG's Bogota Office and transferred to New York after completing his MBA. During his MBA, Nicolas interned at YOOX Net-A-Porter Group in Milan and Cole Haan in New York. Nicolas earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. He holds a Master in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Business and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.

Rylan joined BCG in August 2017. He primarily works in Healthcare R&D, with a focus on biopharma clinical trials. He has extensive experience working with DV and Gamma. Prior to joining the firm, Rylan served as a US Navy officer with expertise in both anti-piracy and long-range missile planning. He is part of Veterans@BCG and serves on the leadership team as head of recruiting. Rylan holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University.
