Our 16,000 global employees fall into three main cohorts at BCG: Consulting Team, Business Services Team, Knowledge Team. Members from each of these teams will contribute to your initial onboarding and overall experiences at BCG in different ways.
All new consultants in BCG’s America’s region attend “Entry Level Skills Training,” where experienced BCGers introduce them to the tools and processes that will be critical to their success at the firm. Participants develop their BCG toolkits while learning the culture and history of the firm, and connecting with new colleagues from offices across the U.S.
”Learning at BCG” is a robust online training tool that is a gateway to live presentations, case team examples, productivity tips, and internal and external trainings. Spanning industries and functions, LAB modules are supplement our extensive, ongoing in-person learning and development initiatives.
The senior office leadership team present in every local office. The OA or “Office Administrator” is a full-time Partner, while the OC or “Office Coordinator” drives the operations and local BST management. Together they set the tone for the overall direction, success, and morale of the office.
Worldwide Alumni Day brings together current and former employees from each local BCG office to reconnect and engage. These celebratory events ensure BCGers have ample opportunities to stay in touch with our firm, the work we do, and each other.
