Associate Director, Budapest
At BCG, Storytellers synthesize complex information and ideas. They believe in bringing the whole team together to get a broader perspective. Ádám empowers and inspires others.
I was surprised to see how much flexibility and freedom there is at BCG in a hierarchical and well-structured system.
I have come to BCG to experience and learn about new topics, new industries, and, last but not least, new people. BCG has been able to provide this experience over the past eight years. I have gone through several phases during this time, not only in terms of seniority but also in terms of industry and functional-area affiliation. Today I have a job, colleagues, and clients that I could not have imagined when I first joined.
BCG has provided an environment in which I could learn a lot about myself—not an easy task—make my mistakes, and still carry on. I value this a lot.
Adam holds an MA in psychology from ELTE and an MBA from Central European University. He has had several jobs in the pharma industry in business development and corporate affairs positions before joining BCG.
